ok so im trying out for track tomorrow and im really nervous. and on top of that my crush is trying out!!! im freaking out im scared im going to totally embarass myself. any tips to help calm down and get my mind off of him? and also if you know of any good running tips please tell!!! thanks alot <3

i am not fat. i know that. however i have what my mom likes to call a "buddah belly" which is like the area where my belly button is a bit big. ive tried crunches and ab work outs. is there a certain diet i should start? or a specific work out that will make my stomach flat? i would really love to get in shape before summer =] thanks so much !

So basically I'm pretty uncomfortable with my body...just like most girls but I don't feel proportionate.
Is there a way to get bigger boobs without wearing a big padded bra and getting surgery?

usually on average when do you start really seeing a difference in body physique if you start going to the gym and strength training... i am pear-shaped and my abs are muscled (urghhh but u can see it under that layer of fat) my problem area is my butt and thighs (if you're comfortable visualizing it in terms of sizes my upper body is the size of a size two woman and my lower body is size 13/14) i just started to go to the gym with a trainer how long should it take for me to start SEEING the changes...i really want to tone up (i don't mind the proportions that much but i'd like to get down to a size 0 at the top and maybe 6 ir 8 at the bottom and see n feel muscles)
oh if it helps i'm 155 and my goal is 120.... i am assuming ...

I have a local GNC near my school and i was wondering what one would recomend for a highschool football player in the sense of protien shakes. I was thinking cell-tech but after some research and seeing the price i decided to forget that idea. I don't want any creatine or drugs, i want something with protien, vitamins, and that works. any ideas?

like i start to lose weight, then i gain it back because i just like eat abunch of stuff.
idk why i do it.
i need ideas to keep my motivated.
and really good songs for working out, that get you pumped and keep you going.

ok so i have to wear this really weird poodle skirt dress type thingy for something in school
and it bulges into the skirt part like right at my belly button....now i'm not fat, but im not like skinny either, i might be a little above normal when it comes to weight i guess...are they any tricks to making the dress look better on me?
like something i could wear under it or over it like a belt or something?

Basically, I'm asking what I can do to get in shape. I usually get really bored with just running around the neighborhood, so any other suggestions? Are there any specific excercises I can do too? Also, I want to bulid muscle in my arms, so any suggestions? I know to lift weights and stuff, but any specific excercises again? I also really want to get a really nice stomach (a six pack would be nice!) any suggestions for that?

hey! ok, so i'm 15/f. Well, I've really been wanting to loose some weight latley. I don't even know why it's just been on my mind a lot lately. All I can think about during the day is how much I want to loose weight. I'm about 175 pounds. I know it sounds bad, but I'm not like huge. I am bigger though. My best friend is about the same size and a while ago I had brought up something about this summer maybe going to the YMCA and working out. She said that she probably would, but i would like to somewhat start now. I will wait for the Y for the summer because I'm so busy with school right now, but I would like to start eating healthier now. But the only thing is, I don't know about healthy foods. Like, I want healty foods but I would like them...

im a fifteen yr old girl and i know everyone gains that extra few pounds after christmas nd my belly is fellin a bit on the wobbly side but i was just wondering is there any toning techniques or special foods i could eat or not eat to get my tummy fighting fit and ready for a bikini by march?or any sports i could try to keep the flab away?
