im a fifteen yr old girl and i know everyone gains that extra few pounds after christmas nd my belly is fellin a bit on the wobbly side but i was just wondering is there any toning techniques or special foods i could eat or not eat to get my tummy fighting fit and ready for a bikini by march?or any sports i could try to keep the flab away?
help would be greatly appreciated
AngelofMercy answered Monday January 7 2008, 5:14 pm: Have you tried using the exercise ball? It is great at working your stomach muscle because you are using your core to balance the ball.
