toned for summer

hey i wanna be toned for summer so i can wear a bikini...i need to work on the upper inside of my thighs and my stomach and love handles, i want this by the beginning of summer so maybe if i can have a fitness plan or something. thank you so much!

Only type of work out I know is strength training. So if you'd like my hardcore work out regime, let me know. Ok, I promise I'll go easy on you. If you are serious let me know!
I'm 6'1" weigh, 310lbs my biceps are 20" and my chest is 49", bench press 385lbs and squat 720lbs.
