when you excersize and run, you are getting rid of the fat by your organs first. the reason for that is because those areas are effecting your health and the body will funtion better when there isn't fat around the heart and lungs.
when that fat is gone, the body then gets rid of the fat in your legs, stomach, and butt.
most people give up because they dont see results but if they kept on going then they would have.
i can't tell you how long but if you keep it up you will.
