yeah i also have issues with that, but i feel that if i "reward" myself with good foods in moderation or small portions, then i can still keep on track with my weight loss. Don't overdo anything, as everything is better in moderation.

Right now I think this is more of a mental situation than a physical one. Alot of people go through this actually, it is almost as if it is a reward-type deal. Some people percieve it as "I lost five pounds, so I deserve that peice of cake." In reality this is a negative way to think, and people who do it will most likely do it more than once, eventually leading to that lost weight being gained once again. When you have a craving for food just think back to how hard you had to work your body until you lost that weight, and how easily it gets put back on just because your mind wants to feel the pleasure of tasting good food. Pleasure recieved from food just won't last. I used to think this way somewhat, but then I realized how much pleasure I get from seeing what i've done to my body. When you see youself beginning to lose weight once again, try to think about how your hard work is paying off and how it is showing. I'm also glad you brought up music in this too! :) It all depends on what type of exercise your doing too. For somthing you find challenging, put on some alternative rock or somthing that makes you feel somewhat "angered" inside. Physchologically it does make you angry for a short period of time, enabling your body to do what it needs to do to get that particular exercise done. If your doing some cardiovascular exersices such as running try listening to some Hip-Hop or Rap, or somthing that has a good beat that you can try to run with. It can actually be fun to play a game and try to get your steps to match up with the music! All in all, just experiment with your music as you exersice and find out what you enjoy best. Always remember, if your giving somthing, you almost always will recieve somthing in turn in some way, shape or form. All of your hard work and determination will pay off, you'll see! :) Wish you lots of luck!
