Losing weight

Hi,
This is Jasmine. I am 24 and 5'4". My weight is 145lbs. I got married in Dec'04 and we had to stay apart for 5months and now we are together. I was 130lbs last summer, I am not sure if I gained this weight over a year or just in the last 6months. I am a Master's in Computer Science student and I am working on the computer for about 10hrs a day on an average. Rice is our staple food with different vegetables (fried or cooked). I am trying to walk 21/2 miles everyday, but haven't been very regular. My HDL cholestrol is very low and the doctor advised me to lose about 20pounds and I am feeling horrible myself. I would really appeciate anybody's suggestions to help me do this. Thank you so much for your help.

Ok, I like to sing.. and Im pretty good at it(not to be concieded or w/e) but I have the worst stage fright and everyone gets mad when I dont get up in front of ppl and sing.. Its like my personality I am really outgoing and crazy if I know you and am comfortable around you, but if I dont know you Im kinda shy and everything..how do I overcome this!?

The very first time my boyfriend and I said "I love you" to each other was about two weeks ago. He said it first. Now though, I always say it first. He never tells me he loves me unless I say it to him. So what's wrong? Does he regret saying it? Is he just shy? What can I do to make him say it first?

Hey, just wondering but what are some differences in the sypmtoms of being pregant and getting your period..I have most of the symtoms i usualy get when i get my period, and im close to when i should be getting my period but they are similiar to the ones as pregnancy (cramps, tenderness, some headaches)..is it probable that i'm getting my period soon, or not?

Car Wreck!

My boyfriend got into a pretty bad car wreck about ten days ago. He's at home on the couch with 3 cracked vertebrae and a cracked pelvis. He's in a lot of pain and he's getting really sick of just sitting on the couch all day. I buy him food and cigarettes, sit and chill with him, and I've let him borrow my PS2 and some other stuff...but he's really getting bummed that he can't move that much. What can I do to make him feel better?

Last night, my middle school had a dance. I finally got the courage to ask (let's call him "Will") Will, this guy I've really liked since April of last semester, to slow-dance. okay,well..this summer i got really..hard nipples and if you poke them they hurt.They pop out,there like darts! i havent had my period and no boobs yet so why are they popped out like that? 13/f does this mean when i get my period i will get boobs fast or something? pleasse help! rate 5s
