three good programs for detecting and getting rid of spyware
1. Spybot Search & Destroy - the best in my opinion. can be found at: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
2. Lavasoft's Ad-Aware - just as good as Spybot S&D. does an excellent job of detecting/cleaning. found at: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
3. Microsoft Antispyware Beta - what? a GOOD program from microsoft? well yeah, i have to say so. not as good as the two above but still, it does a pretty good job. found at: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Try googling for a "spyware killer" like AdAware. That's what i use.

if you have spyware just go to a site called downloads.com and you can download a free spyware program, run it and all your spyware will be gone!~
