Spending too much

My husband spends money almost non-stop, and we're going broke. I've tried several ways to stop him from spending like he does, but it's almost like it's an addiction for him. How can I get him to spend less money? I've shown him our budget and explain many times how important it is that we stick with it. Still, he's run our bank account into the negative twice in just a few months.
The best idea I've had is something like a pre-paid credit card. I'm not sure what I mean. For example, I put $100 on it, and he can spend and spend, but never go over his limit. Is there something like that? I'm open to any other ideas as well. Thanks!

My dog has this giagantic bump on his forehead. The vet said that it was a siste (sp?) but it seems worse. Every time it gets bigger, he gets smaller, like skinnier. Is it affecting his eating habits?

ok i had an abortion about 2 months ago.im back on bitrh control, my last period blood was red for like 1-2days then its was brown. ive been to the gyn to be treated for chilmidya and some other bacteria, the doc gave me meds, so that should be good right, now its about 1 week before my next period, im still taking my birth control and ive had brown spotting yesterday and today. what is wrong with me??? i need help.

OMG I just had the worst night ever at my job. Well I work in a large superstore in the clothing department. This lady wanted someone in the toy section to help her take down a game on the top shelf. I told her I'd help find someone from that department to assist her. Well I couldnt find anyone and then she started to get really mad at me. I was under a lot of pressure so I phoned the manager of the store. He said that no one showed up for work in the toy department that night, so no one could help her. Then I told him how mad she was and then he got mad at me and said "what what does she expect us to do??" and then I tried to calm him down and then he said he would send someone to help her. Well finally someone came down ...

I asked a girl to the winter formal dance a few days ago. She got really excited and was taken totally surprised and started bragging to all of her friends. I am a dark, pessimistic, negative person. I feel totaly hopeless and that both the good and evil forces are against me. I try to be the positive, outgoing type, but that realy isnt me. Im realy pained inside with doubt and hiddin secrets. I have a crush on someone and today I was thinking about the girl, the way she acts when I flirt with her, the way she is so outgiong. i'm having a hard time forgetting about my ex-boyfriend. we were 2gether 4 five months, and within that 5 months, i started to 'love' him. we broke up 3 months ago, but i still really do like him A LOT, but he likes somebody else. i've been trying SO HARD for the past 3 months to stop thinking about him, but everytime i try, there's always something that stops me from it: memories of us 2gether always 'flashbacks' in my mind.
