My dog has this giagantic bump on his forehead. The vet said that it was a siste (sp?) but it seems worse. Every time it gets bigger, he gets smaller, like skinnier. Is it affecting his eating habits?
orphans answered Wednesday November 23 2005, 1:07 am: Well...know it shouldn't. If you see it swelling put some cold water or a "cold compress" on it. You could ask your vet for some ointment or something....
feel free to ask me another question.

I would definitely take the little guy to the vet A.S.A.P and either set up an appointment to get it removed, OR find out the name of the nearest animal hospital with the proper surgical needs to do it.

Ask your vet about it. You can probably just call him and ask him over the phone. Maybe there is something he can give you that will make him want to eat.
