I`m trying to lose a couple of pounds latley. I was doing great until I started giving in to soda and candy again on halloween. I'm having a really hard time giving it all back up again and latley I've found my self eating/drinking more then I would normally have before I started to watch what I eat. I could use some help on how to get back on track. Thanks everyone!

Getting In Shape.

I'm currently working on getting in shape for the upcoming volleyball season. I'm an average healthy weight but I have a gut. It sticks out almost 2 inches above my spandex. My thighs also bulge out about 1 1/2 inch. Does anyone have some good workouts that will target these areas? Or any websites that would help me out? ( Please not toneteen.com ) Thankss :)

Whenever I have to speak infront my class, by myself, I get really nervous. I feel like I am going to throw up or faint. I know, it's really embarassing. So, do you have any tips on what I should do to not get nervous? Or anything I should say to myself so I won't be nervous? Thank you in advance.

OK Im 13. Its not here yet.
Today ive had some signs
1.For the past month ive had white discarge in my underwear
2.Today, I had lower stomach cramps and they were the worse ive ever had.
3. Im really tired.
Are these signs? Is it close? Or no.
If it comes. how do I tell my mom? she will start with "omg hunny ok lets do this" and she will stop being normal. I want an older person to answer this. And please, no boys. I want to know how it feels

Ok I really have a crush on this guy. And everytime I go to sleep, I pretend we are having sex. Its gross I know because im only 13. But my dreams wont stop. Is this a problem? Its been happending since 5th grade when we learned about puberty I always dream for him to touch me

Alright, well I want to spice things up between me and my boyfriend in our sex lives.. like i love when he kisses my neck and chest and stuff.. but what are some things i can do to him to turn him on like that? i know this might not be very proffesional sounding.. i need something thats not a laptop (something small) that has internet.. like a T mobile sidekick but not a phone (i have a sprint contract). Doesnt anyone make any mini internet portable device? Anything that sounds like that? Please i rate 5's you have no idea what it would mean to me if you could help me out. Thanks.

Ok, I know this sounds lame, but I think boys don't like me. I haven't had a boyfriend for a bit longer than a year. I even tried asking some guys out and they said no. It just makes me feel like they don't like me. I'm nice, athletic, funny, cool, and all that stuff. I tried being patient, but it's not working. Even the guys I like treat me just like one of their friends. What am I supposed to do? I'll rate HIGH!!!!!!!!!
