I`m trying to lose a couple of pounds latley. I was doing great until I started giving in to soda and candy again on halloween. I'm having a really hard time giving it all back up again and latley I've found my self eating/drinking more then I would normally have before I started to watch what I eat. I could use some help on how to get back on track. Thanks everyone!

Well temptations,
My advice would be to try to loosen up on yourself. Don't stress yourself out over this. You can get through it! Now, One thing I would do would be to have more and more less soda everyday, like instead of your usual full glass of sodam make it a half a glass and so on, same with candy. Another great thing to do would be eat healthy and exorcise regularly. Hope this helps!

if you are a part of a fitness center they usually offer plans to help you with this sort of thing also i would reccomend to cut off snacking and stick to your three main meals... i am addicited to diet dr. pepper and i would get headaches w/o one so what i did is i replaced diet dr. pepper with water when you get craving for candy try replacing it with liek string cheese or fruit.....like in order to please your sweet tooth try strawberries in a lite creamcheese instead of a normal so you are eating pretty healthy but also pleasing your sweet tooth...you could also try smoothies...i dont know if you have ever heard of jamba juice but they have alternatives and they are not completley bad for you....you dont have to starve yourself just eat right and exercise! good luck!

weight is always a problem, because you're always tempted to eat something you shouldn't. im guessing you're a girl?? well i know a few people that have been annorexic & it's really difficult to watch, so juss make sure you're losing weight the right way. you probably are, juss keep that in mind. dieting can become addicting to some people, not to me because i like to eat =) but some people it can be. here's a few steps you should take-

-sleep 9/10 hrs a night. seems a little weird but it helps you a lot.
-EAT ALL 3 MEALS!! that's important because you need all 3 to stay healthy. you can basically eat whatever you want as long as its in portion. like stop eating when you feel kind've full.
-EAT BREAKFAST!! that's a major 1. breakfast is the most important meal you can eat, & there's studys that are done that said people who don't eat breakfast, either stay the same weight er gain weight. sounds weird, but if you don't your body goes into starvation mode & you won't burn calories.
-try eating healthy foods every 3 hrs such as fruits, veggies, crackers, etc. it helps your metabolism. there's those 100 cal. packs you can get at grocery stores, they're really good!!
-exercise is another thing that's important to do. it doesn't have to be running a lot er something. juss stay in activity. crunches, sit ups and everything work too. maybe 50 a day er so.
-make sure you stay hydrated. drink water.
