I'm currently working on getting in shape for the upcoming volleyball season. I'm an average healthy weight but I have a gut. It sticks out almost 2 inches above my spandex. My thighs also bulge out about 1 1/2 inch. Does anyone have some good workouts that will target these areas? Or any websites that would help me out? ( Please not toneteen.com ) Thankss :)

Do ab workouts(crunches,leg raises,sit ups) For your theighs, theres a machine at my gym where you sit and you bring your legs together.
