Getting In Shape. I'm currently working on getting in shape for the upcoming volleyball season. I'm an average healthy weight but I have a gut. It sticks out almost 2 inches above my spandex. My thighs also bulge out about 1 1/2 inch. Does anyone have some good workouts that will target these areas? Or any websites that would help me out? ( Please not toneteen.com ) Thankss :)

My school volleyball season just ended, but my travel team has just begun. And recently i just had my sides toned in one day of practice. Like, somethings that we did were, run, obviously, do like 50 push-ups but, look at your feet when you do it, i know its completly weird but it worked for me, and crab-walks, do it real fast forward, then do it back-wards!

Run, eat less. Do ab workouts(crunches,leg raises,sit ups) For your theighs, theres a machine at my gym where you sit and you bring your legs together. You, of course, have weight resistance, and a lot of girls do it. ]
