what's a good day-to-day diet for a 15 year old girl?

ok this is what i woul do ...
for breakfast each day eat a piece of fruit or a bowl of ceral stay away from poptarts and sugary things like that also maybe drink a glass of orange or apple juice or a glass or m ilk

for lunch i would aviod sodas try drinking water eat like a sandwhich or a salad with lowfat dressing and some fruit

for dinner stay away from fried foods inseat of fried chicken try chargrilled or something like that

avoid snacking throughtout the day if you must have a snack though eat like an energy bar

it is important that you get the reccomended amount of serving for each food group sweets are not bad every now and then but if your looking for a good diet for a 15 year old girl try to aviod them...also dont starve your self at 15 your still growing and it is important your body gets enough food to make it throough the day also pleanty or exercise and a goodnight's rest is a great thing
