Chest and shoulders hurt. Hurts more to breathe?

Female. 18. Sometimes I will take in a quick breath and I will get a sharp pain in my chest, feels like my heart, but it will go away quickly. But right now I am having pain in my chest and shoulders. I hardly slept from it. It is more internal pain than anything else. Could this be anything serious? What is wrong with me?
PS. I have been around my grandpa, a smoker, all my life. He lost his battle with cancer in Feb.

Old family curse

A long time ago I was told there was a family curse. It was a big joke. But now I believe it. My daughter comes to me everyday something horrible that happened to someone she know. One girl had a seizure drove into a retention pond and drown. Another friend was run over a train. Another friend was run over by a train. That's just with in a year. I have like a million stories like this. We come from a very old Irish family. The crest is a elephant with noses up. I don't know what to do. But like everything was again me and my family. Now it is friends and family dieing or having freak accidents. My other part of life are going pretty good. Does the curse work off of negative energy. He Broke up with me for his ex. Now he doesn't want his ex.

He broke up with me for his ex girlfriend and then yesterday he told me he left his ex girlfriend because she is too up tight for him. He wants to be friends now. But I still like him... A lot! I don't know if I should be friends with him because he doesn't feel the same way. What do I do? Be friends with him or don't? P.s we were friends before we started dating and personally I thought we got along better when we were dating.

Ok, so I'm female and am under 18, from England.
Its only because this is advicenators that I can talk about this in confidence-I can't give up sucking my thumb.
When I don't its like I get cravings similar to smokers that are really bad. Its totally embarrasing so I only do it at home but how do i stop?!

Hi Dr,
I'm 30 years old I have a daughter of 4 years old. Now Im pregnent but as we donot need a child due to which I had contraceptive pill after intercourse but still Im pregnent and Im very much scared if I go for the second child will the child b healthy? Will there b any complication with the child?? Shall I go for the second child or not. Please advice me and its very urgent.

Okay, I'm 13/f and I have a Best Friend, 12/M and he's my only Best Friend. I know some of you guys might expect I need a girl friend, but I don't. I really don't like having girl friends because it causes drama, and fights and I can't stress myself over that. These days i feel my boyfriend is avoiding me. Once i got a call from him and by accident i pressed the off button of the mobile,it was his call. After that he has changed,he doesnt call me,write me. Hi, I'm 19/f
my whole life, I have been to maybe 5 different churches, and for some reason, I just feel as if church isn't for me. I find it very boring.
I believe in God to the fullest, but sometimes I have my questions, and of course, everyone's answers are going to be different depending on their beliefs.
But within the 5 churches I have been too, I have got many different answers regarding the following question:

So, I had swimming today and this guy in my swimming lesson told me to meet him in the area where people sit to watch their kids/friends swim so he could give me my number (since I was leaving to take a shower and go home.) So I was like "okay".
Well, I took and a shower and went home. And I just realized the poor guy must've been in the pool waiting for me to show up so I could get his number.
Uh.. I didn't go because my Dad was watching me while he was waiting outside and the whole pool and entrance area is glass.

hi so i'm a girl, almost 13 going into 7th grade.
i had a dream about this guy,he's going into 8th grade. he's my really good friend. then i realized i liked him all along and thats part of the reason i broke up with my bf (over the summer).
