Perhaps you could suggest romantic activities, like food in the bedroom. Then you can bring in foods that can mask the smell more.
Then after intercourse, you can use feminine wipes to get rid of any extra smoke smell that may be left.
I keep feminine wipes by the bed, we use them any time my boyfriend and I have sex. It cleans up any mess that may be there (some "jizz" inside or outside my vaginal opening, for example) and he will use one on himself. They're scented, too. Perhaps you could make a habit of that?
Hope I helped, if all else fails perhaps them quitting or an alternative to cigarettes (electronic ones, for example, don't leave a smell) could be used. [ EmmaKenzie's advice column | Ask EmmaKenzie A Question ]

The only thing I can really suggest is maybe taking a shower afterwards.
I really do not know what else to tell you other then maybe trying other sexual things that will give the same pleasure without smelling like a cig. :/
