this question is about weight loss. im 5'4 and weigh about 136 pounds. i really want to lose a little weight so i've been running. does anyone know if running will actually make me bulkier, or if it can make me more slender? i really want to get a body like hilary duff's or jessica simpson. any tips? adult children

my children are 19 and 20 and I stayed home with them almost all their lives. I was divorced 11 yrs ago and their father was never active in their lives. Now he is extremely rich and can buy them anything which he does. When my son turned 18 he moved in with his dad. It killed me, but I thought maybe this was a male bonding thing. Then when my daughter turned 18 she moved in with him also. This was a slap in the face to me. Now the are both in college. One local and one about a hour away. They never call or come to see me. I try to call them and make plans with them but they always have an excuse, but they tell me all the stuff they do with their dad. He can afford to do big stuff with them and I can't compete. Can you put clour into a tattoo that has been shaded?

ok, so say one got a tattoo but only using shades of black, later could one put colour into the parts that were shaded with grey?
i want to get a tattoo, but i dont want colour.. nto yet at least, so i want to know if i can shade it, or id i should just leave it as outlines.

Im 16 and ive been going out with this great guy Jason(changed the name)for 3 years and have been best friends for 7 i really do love him .we only had sex once but i still got pregnant I told Jason and he was happy and said he wanted us to keep the baby but I still havent told my parents yet Im 5 months pregnant we told his parent and she totally freaked out so Jason* is living with a friend. My parents are really relgious so theyll want me to get married but I dontn know if Im ready to get married because I dont want to marry Jason* and then get a divorce so how should I tell my parent Im pregnant?

why does my hair falls out?yes of stress but what can i do against it?im not that stressed tho and i have alot shilvers after a bath(next morning) and my hair is just like and exploded matrass...(believe me that ugly) my hair is about 25-30 cm long

Access 2003 and adobe acrobat

I'm trying to get data from Access 2003 database via the IE 6.0 browser and print the data to pdf format. I've already have an embedded file-to-pdf converter installed in my browser. But it will require the data to be in html format. I know in Access application itself a report can be exported to a html format. In fact i also have the embedded file-to-pdf converter installed in Access. This means that an icon is now available on the Access menu bar which will convert a report into pdf format upon clicking it. But this can only be done in the Access application. How can I do it in with a browser? To be clearer, these are the steps that i wish to perform:
1. Open an IE 6.0 browser
2. Browse a Data Access Page created using Acces...

Yes.. it's the dreaded Christmas present questions. I have absolutely no clue what to get my boyfriend. Well, I was considering giving him a framed photo of myself.. would that be too weird? We're currently in an online relationship, so I can't take him out anywhere. He's 20 years old, by the way. Can someone help me out a bit there? Is the framed photo a bad idea?

Does He Like Me?

Ok i am a little upset right now, this is regards to my question before. The guy i like who i work with. well we spoke and laughed and i thought things were going reat. then we had a christmas party and i heard he was going so i went, but when i got there he glanced at me slightly and never spoke to me the whole night (mind you i never did either)I could feel him look at me sometimes when i danced but thats bout it, (hes such a proud guy never looks at when he passes by) then when we were dancing to a a rap song he came up and started grinding with a (ugly) girl near me, i am upset, are things getting worse between us, and what should i do?

We all agree that human needs sex as a biological needs, but many people thing that sex is a symbol of entertainment or just a refreshing activities even in our society, sex become the cheapest commercial breaks! how come they will realize that sex is not just an animal habit inside us!

okay me and this guy have been the best friends for like a year.. we know eachther from front to back.. and we really liked eachother.. and after 9 months.. we started to really think about spending our lives togther.. well then a lot of stuff happened and our exs came back in our lives and realtionships but were both single now.. and he knows that i really like him but he continues to only see me as his best friend.. and everytime he has emotional breaks downs with girls its like im always here and i hear aobut it. it just gets really ahrd to know the feelings he use to have for me he like has for other girls.. its hard for me to be with a guy bc hes always ther.. like when i dont have a bf hes gone but when i do its like he is always ther...

Not Anorexic!

I have a firend (if you want to call her that) that has been going aroudn saying that I'm anorexic. I'm 5'4 and 102lbs so yeah, I'm thin but I'm far from anorexic.
Well at school the guy I like came up to me and asked me if I was. I tired to tell him that I wasn't but he just told me that it was really gross.
He was talking to my sister online and she sent me their conversation and he said that he was planning on asking me out but the anorexic thing made him not.
I've had 4 other people come up to me and ask since him! I don't know what to do because this is all so stupid.

i shave "down there" but i keep either cutting myself or getting those little red bumps
i used a new razor but i cut myself and im extremly careful and if i shave with the way the hair grows it doesnt get it all..
can someone help me with this?

ok so me and my boyfriend were going out for exactly 2 and a half days. I thought our thing was going great untell the 2nd day. I went to fnl and the next morning I got a call from his X GIRLFRIEND saying he hated me and he did not wanna be with me and he needed a brake after two and a half days!! I cryed so much because i really liked him and i don't understand what i did to deserve this!! Please help me and this is the 4th time we have gone out is it over or wat?
