I'm not overweight, but I have a gut forming since I quit my recent sport. Is that old saying " I eat when I`m hungry and stop when I'm full" true? Can I expect to possible drop a few pounds and maintain that weight by eating smaller portions?

ok so i am 5'4 and weigh 131. i have big hips and i a pulgy stomach. for spring break me adn alot of friends are going to panama city, so i want to look good in a bathing suit. i would like to loose 15-25 in about 2 1/2 to 3 months. i am willing to try exercising alot, and eating only good foods. the thing is that i dont know what exercises are good and what foods to eat// not eat to looke weight!! any help is appreciated. thanks!!!

the other day i was stopped at a railroad thing, and there were 2 cars in front of me. my phone rings and its the guy i like. so i answer and hes all like hey, are you stopped at the traintracks? and i was like yeah, why? and he goes casue im in front of you. ((he was in the first car)) i was like oook. then we talked for a minute and hung up. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!?!? wouldnt most guys have waited till the next time they saw you to tell you?

ok, this is for the guys mainly. what do you want breasts to be like? i have seen breasts in the movies and stuff and they look nothing like mine. do you guys expect girls to have them like almost connected in the middle? firm? what do you expect? and what kind of boobs would turn you off. im thinking of letting my bf feel me up but im just wondering what if he doesnt like them?

Digital Camera

For Christmas, I got a bunch of money and im pretty sure its enough for a digital camera. My mom says to wait till this weekend when there will be a buch of sales, because its the weekend after Christmas. So should I wait, or do you think it would be sold out? And, when I do get one, what's the best one to get thats affordable but yet a really good one? Thanks in advance =)

Does anybody know the next time Fall Out Boy comes to Milwaukee? Or the Rave, or the Eagles Ballroom? Because I didn't get to see their last show they did here, but I saw them last April and they are awesome live. So please if you know can you tell me? i have issues

well first i wanna apoligize for this being so long!!!!
i sometimes feel depressed and like the world doesnt want me not all the time but most of the time!!!i have fun with my family sometimes but we argue all the time! then sometimes find myself faking injures so i can get medication but when my mom tells me to go get it from the cabinet i take more than im supposed to so it can make me go to sleep so i can hear anymore arguing! Then i find myself ctting constantly over stupid things! Then ill write sucide poems i keep them all in a box and later on when im fine i read them it makes me more depressed. I started smoking b/c i heard somewhere that it calms you down. sometimes i get frunk just so i cant remember what happened ...
