loosing weight!!!

ok so i am 5'4 and weigh 131. i have big hips and i a pulgy stomach. for spring break me adn alot of friends are going to panama city, so i want to look good in a bathing suit. i would like to loose 15-25 in about 2 1/2 to 3 months. i am willing to try exercising alot, and eating only good foods. the thing is that i dont know what exercises are good and what foods to eat// not eat to looke weight!! any help is appreciated. thanks!!!

You should stay away from "fast" carbohydrates, like sugar, pasta (except wholegrain), rice, white bread, cereal. Basically, eat food that digests slower. Also, you should make sure you eat regularly, and often. Instead of eating alot 3 times a day, eat smaller portions 6 times a day. Also, don't eat late at night. Vegetables are of course good, they provide you with vitamins, which help you digest food.
Also, for loosing weight, you should use low intensity training, like walking, this burns alot of fat.

first of all DO NOT STOP EATING! alright with that sed make sure that you do eat breakfast everyday b/c if there is nothing in your stomach in the morning it will make you fatter. alright crunches and sit-ups are good for the stomach- leg-lifts are good for well legs and things like that but make sure you go jogging and maybe pick up a video on tae bo or sumthing.

You're normal weight for someone who's 5'4" & weighs 131 pounds, so I don't think you need to lose any weight but if you want to, don't lose more than 20 pounds or you'll be way too skinny.
