We were playing Bowl of Questions and it got really deep and secrect and she trusted me with all these secrects..and later on I spilled one secrect to my brother..he told a few people..and now everyone knows..I tried apologizing she just said "that doesn't change anything" what should i do?

How can I change my attitude to be more positive?

I decided to write down everything that I have been feeling lately so that I can better understand my emotions:
-I get stressed really easily.
-I have trouble adjusting to change.
-I’m hypersensitive to every little thing I do. It was brought to my attention that sometimes I say things that offend people, but I don’t mean it to or even notice it. Now, I constantly worry and fixate on instances where I think I may have made someone feel uncomfortable. It makes me feel like I shouldn’t see people because I am going to do something embarrassing or stupid.
-I envy other people.
-I try to overcompensate for my insecurities.
-I am afraid people are judging me.
-I feel lonely freque...

Lost class ring

My boyfriend of 4 months gave me his expensive senior class ring around a month ago and I came back to my moms and I can't find it. I don't know if I sat it down somewhere before I went to my dads or what. I'm freaking out because it costs a lot of money and if I tell him he'll hate me and his parents will hate me and I don't have any money to pay him back right now. Ive looked all over my room and plan to search the house as soon as possible. What do I do?

I'm female. 5'9 and 140 lbs. I have always wanted to be a model but I know you have to be a dress size 2. I am a 6. I know it's mostly because I have big thighs and legs. I have a tiny waist area. I have been doing Pilates and working out to lose some of the fat in my thighs. But I'm worried I am just toning up my thighs and they wont get smaller! I run a mile or two every day along with my workouts and I am trying to eat clean. So will I just lose the fat in my thighs and butt first or am I just toning my legs up?? Please help!!

If it's just a picture from a film, like say if someone has taken a screenshot of a scene in the film, can you get sued for using this on your book cover? It's not like I'm going to be making money...
It's probably unlikely that people would find out about it...but if they do, can I get sued?
What happens if...
a) if someone else has taken the screenshot and has NOT edited it and I just use that?
b) if I take the screenshot myself?
The only reason why I don't want to take it myself is because it comes out very blurry.
Also, this film that I'm screenshotting is NOT the film I'm writing a fanfic about. One of the actors in the film that I'm fanficing about is my main character...

Excessive Sweating

I suffer from Hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating, more than is needed to regulate body temperature). I've been to the Doctor, and he says that because it's not something drastic or major, that he can't really do much about it because of local budget cuts to health. He says that he can only really refer serious things for surgery and the such. He advised me to check online for help etc, but I can't find anything besides the common sense stuff e.g. Wear black or white, use aluminium antiperspirant.
The thing is though, the sweating occurs on my face and back (mostly). I went to a friends house the other day, and the second I walked in, it was like someone had hosed me down. It gets quite awkward, because...

OKay so i had a condom in my pocket the other day and it was in good condition, not experied and no holes. but it was in my pocket and went through the washer and now im not sure if its still good. i feel like it would but i dont want to take the chance so i need to know if i can use it or if i should go and buy some new ones. also im going to a party tonight so i kinda need to know asap seeing as i plan on finally doing it with my boyfriend after the party.

Okay so it is my dads birthday tomorrow, and he is on the older side so we are going to see a movie just me and him and then im making him dinner, but tomorrow night there is this concert going on at this boys house. He met my best friend and since she has a boyfriend shes introducing him to me. what ive heard we have a lot in common. the party isnt till 9 and my dad is known for going to bed aroun 9:30, and i really want to go. would this make me a horrible daughter to go to it?

Lump just above right side of my testicle (not on the testicle)

I woke up morning and found that i had a pain near my testicle, the pain was not from testicle but from a lump that formed just above the sack where testicle are situated.
After a day, the pain was no more, but the lump remained.. I touched it and felt like a piece of flesh..
Is it some sort of cancer.. I'm worried..
Since i was born with just one testicle..
5 years ago my doctor did some scanning and found that i was born with one testicle..
But now i'm scared that i might lose the other one too..

UFOs

Okay, please don't be too skeptical in responses.
I know without doubt my eyes saw a UFO. I have seen one 4-5 times in my life. 4-5 times this past year.
One was really close in my sight. It was an aircraft, not at all like an airplane. The whole thing reflected bright white light. It was shaped like maybe a rocket ship and it passed from one side of the sky to the other at great speed. It wasn't that high up. Maybe the distance as close to the earth as a helicopter.
Three were very high up in the sky, all different times. They were each bright white dots but they passed the sky too fast to be an airplane. One passed the sky as if it fly as a line segment. For example, it was here | then it was...
