alright now i need help boys are welcome too..well i have known this boy for 9 years and he's ok. we went out a few times and still to this very moment like each other. We're in 8th grade and are 14yrs old .but we can't go together (distance). Well he keeps doing stuff that really turns me off and i know i have to deal but how? Like he says stuff like just messing with me but it really annoyes me cause resently i've become pretty sincitive about his comments. so all and all technically we go together but literally we don't.I try not to respond to him like he's my bf but i can't help it which is making things worse. Confused and feel helpless! Pleez give advice.

Heres my new mail plan:
breakfast: bagel with cream cheese;;
lunch:sandwich ( whole grain bread ), one serving ( in a little bag ) of sunchips, maybe a fruit, and a whole grain crunchy bar thingy..( nature valley )
snack after school; blueberries
lunch; whatever, but in perportion and nothing way out there
2 glasses of milk a day
icetea/water ( unlimitied diet tea )
60 minutes of gazelle a week
3 exercise videos ( firm;pilates;yoga)
and one walk
will this help me lose weight?
any tips or advice? thanks in advance

cutting

recently, ive been cutting. i cut because i have so much emotional pain, it relieves me when i cut. it makes me forget all about my emotional pain because i focus on the physical pain. well, just this morning, i found myself thinking of suicide. this afternoon during health class too. We were talking about cutting in health class today and i just wanted to die. i was so uncomfortable. only 2 people knew about me cutting in my health class besides me but i still wanted to die. I dont have a boyfriend. I dont think im pretty enough to. My life is fucked up. no one cares about me. my parents are never home and when they are, they just yell at me. They always fight too. Am i the only person who actually HATES panic! at the disco???
EVERYONE at my highschool is "scene" and they love panic!.. when ppl found out theyre like "omg she doesnt like panic!!" then they went off and cut their wrists and cried about stupid stuff.
So yea if anyone else hates panic please tell me.
