LadyGoodman answered Tuesday January 31 2006, 7:42 pm:
I hear herbal supplements sometimes help, but who knows about that. I have friends whose boobs have grown after they were on birth control pills for a few months, but that's very hit and miss because those react with everyone differently. Some have breast growth, some have weight gain, and some experience no change at all. Some people go through growth spurts around 16, and definitely when they are pregnant and nursing (but hopefully that won't be for a while!) ... The only for-sure thing are breast implants, and for the sake of our sanity, please don't get those (even though they probably wouldn't do that procedure on a 14 year old). 36C's aren't worth all of that time and pain; it's a pretty good size as is.
