ok well i need to lose weight basically everywhere but i want to lose it on my arms mostly so i can wear t-shirts and not just wear sweatshirts to school. if i put my arms out liek a t its flabby underneath but if i put them down to my side its like towards the back of my arm, how would i lose that and make my arms tone.
ill rate 5's please help i dont want to wear sweatshirts anymore!

okay so im a girl. 16 years old. and ive had my period for quite a few years. but i was just wondering if..
1) my breasts have stopped growing already and 2) lately i have had the constant urge to pee and even after i go i feel like i have to again...i was just wondering what it meant or what i can do about it.
3)if it is normal for a girl to day dream about having sex with her crush?

so i broke up with me bf (of 2 months) about a week ago. We still talk everyday he's my bestfriend. the reason i called it off was because i would think about other guys, and i was confised so i broke up with him. BIG mistake i miss himm soo much . . .he is now going out with someone else and it is truley killing me i love him soo much and i know he still loves me beacasue he was talking to my sister and shes like you really like her dont you and he like no . . i love her. he tells me that we'll get back together soon, but its just killing me i let him go, like i cant even eat and im just o depressed. what should i do?

okay this probably wont make sense but ill try. I can never get a bf at my school ive only had one bf that actually went to school with me and he was really the only true one i had. Its like guys dont like me at school but guys outside of school are always hittin on me nd stuff.. mainly older guys it annoys me cuz i really want a guy inside skool i like some but they only see me as a friend. whats wrong? i dont think im like hideous or anything im actually pretty cute from wut im told so whats wrong?

Im 13. Im "big boned". And i weight about 127, Im a 36B, And Im 5'0ft. I'd have to loose atleast 20 pounds for my stomache to even get close to flat enough for any abs, at all.
my arms are fat, and need mad toning. But i love my thighs, and i'd my legs to be a tad more muscle. Sugeestions, tips? help..

friend has cancer

Last night I found out a friend of mine, whom I haven't really spoken to in awhile, has been diagnosed with cancer and might die. He's left college to live with his parents so he can get treatment and I'd like to write him a letter of support but what do I say? I don't want to make him uncomfortable and I don't want to be morbid, but I do want him to know that I care about him and wish him all the best.

But i feel like im doing enough to, to show how smart i really iam. Im 13/f. My last report card was bad..I got straight C'S (which isnt really bad for a few grades but in every class, bad.) any suggestions on how to improve my grades, and all?

Ok i know this is a strange question, but the opinion of others is always valued. There is this guy i like, and i think he likes me too, because everytime he walks by me he looks at me and when hes nearby me and talking to me, he'll look at me as if i was something he's never seen before. i really like this guy and he goes to a differnet school and how can i have relationship with him if he goes to a differnet school. I know he likes me because he already told me and He lives in the same town tho but we never get a chance to see eachother because we go to differnet schools does that affecet our relationship? My boyfriend and I have been together for almost two years. We were eachothers' firsts. We have only had sex a handful of times, and its not anything amazing. Neither of us can 'get it'. He either gets too exhausted or we just give up. We've tried different positions and places, but it doesn't seem to work. When we fool around, its great. Its better than intercourse at this point, but I want having sex to be good. We love eachother and this isnt going to break us up, but it breaks my heart knowing that we aren't enjoying something that is suppose to be so sacred and passionate. most of my people on my buddylist have creative profiles... they even have diffent fonts and little sayings... i dont see where they get this stuff like the hearts and stuff.. and i dont take them out of their profiles because i dont like when people copy off me so i dont do it to them.. i also dont see how they get all the diffrent fonts and colors in their profile because where you go and edit you profile it dont give you a choice of what font you want..
is there any websites or places where i can creative sayings and diffrent fonts and be unique?
anything will help/ i rate 5's
