Pulled back muscles?

Well, a month or two ago, I pulled a muscle in my back while I was rock climbing (I was being stupid- toally my fault). Well, since then, my back as continually been hurting. I went to my doctor, and he just told me to do "back strengthening excercises" which, thusfar, have not helped at all. I'm getting really tired of not being able to bend down a lot or even jump on a trampoline- I'm only 16, for goodness sake! And I feel like an invalid! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to help get my back working right again?

Ok, so I like this guy. Alot. Like, he's all I think about, and my heart skips a beat every time I hear his name/voice and I kinda semi stalk him (wich I'm trying to not do, cuz I know it's wrong...and kinda creepy)
Anywho, I'm not sure if I should tell him I like him/ask him out because not telling him and pining away in silence is killing me, but being rejected would only kill me faster.
I think he's kinda hung up on/hurting from these other girls, but he might be over it, I dunno and so now I don't know if I should make a move or not...

well hey i havea bf but theres this girl she is his ex adn she was the one that dumped him i have known her ever since year 6 and she has always been mean and rude to me she i like a witch and she is always flirting with my bf adn im scared he might love her like seh walks with him dn she nkows im looking i've tried talking to her but seh just dosnt care she just gives me all these things that arent true and i dont know what top do plz plz help me :(:(:(

so, a random question bout sex. i was just wondering, since statistics show that the average teen loses their virginity by the age of 17. well.. is it possible to have sex (when the guy uses a condom) and NOT get pregnant? cuz like, other teens have done it and they havent got pregnant riight? but what im scared of is that my sister had an unplanned pregnancy and she already had a baby. she said she used a condom and i guessed it broke.
questions:
is it common for a condom to break?
can a girl get pregant if a guy uses a condom?

Which of these thesis paper topics (about anything in American History)sounds more like a thesis & something a teacher would probably prefer?

sleeping issue

ive got a MAJOR sleeping probelm. I JUST CANT GO TO BED BEFORE 9. everybody has been noticng, i'm getting lower scores on tests, i even LOOK more tired, it sucks. and im getting a lot more acone than usual, i hate it, i wish i could learnt o go to beda t the right time. I just can't seem to get myself into bed before 9. i'm always like just 10 more minutes, just 10 more mintues and after that i go do soemthing else for 10 more mintues which stretches out into half an hour. i WANT AND NEED SLEEP< HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! please? (IT'S 10:03 p.m now):/

Ok, so me and this guy were going out, and I mean everything seemed pretty good. We both loved each other, or at least I thought he loved me. But then we broke up, because he said that it felt weird, and that our love felt like we shouldnt be together now, but in the future. And he told me that he was raelly messed up in the head about this whole thing, as was I. So we broke up, and we hadnt talked for a few days, then I find out he already has a g/f and he's already had relationships with her before. I just got a dwarf rabbit which is 2 years old. Me and my boyfriend do not know if its a boy or a girl but we want to know what the best way is to nurture him/her. How to call it? i met this guy in my neighborhood when i was just in 7th grade. now nearly 5 years later, he's left for college, and im finishing up highschool. The day he left i realized how deeply i felt about him, and now that he's back for a brief time im wrestling with the idea of telling him my feelings, its just that im completly unsure of how he'd react to this. we always say how much we look for intelligence, adn everything we ever say we want seems to describe eachother so much. yet im terrified, becuase maybe we were just to good of friends for to long, what should i do?

Um, OK I have NO IDEA what a iPod Shuffle is!!!!!!!!!

Dizzy

I have a slight problem. Sometimes when I get out of the bath/shower I feel like I am going to fall, my eyes change for some reason, and I get real dizzy. This has happened more than once and I have never been to a doctor over this problem because my family doesn't have much money. If anyone could tell me why these have been happening it would be much appreciated.

My girlfriend is almost a week past her period, and we're 16 and we're scared that she's pregnant. She doesnt have any signs of pregnancy, but she said she does have vaginal discharge and we're hoping that's not a sign... any help?
