My neighbor lets their dog poo on my yard

So, me and my boyfriend just bought a house and the previous owners apparently never raked the leaves up, so the yard was full of leaves and trash and various poo's. Yesterday, we just got the last of the leaves raked up, and throughout noticed that there were a few piles of dog poo that weren't there the day before. I didn't think much of it, because I assumed that whoever left it just assumed that since the area was full of leaves and trash, that we wouldn't mind or notice a little "fertilizer".
But, today, just one day after getting the lawn trash and leaf-free, we noticed yet another pile of dog poo.
My questions are...
How can I catch whoever is letting their dog poo in...

Alright so me and my best guy friend, we are close. Close as in he tells me mostly everything. He's such a cool guy and I love him to death. [I'm not sure if I have feelings for him, I'm sure I don't] Well, people at school always tell me that he likes me, but I usually don't believe it. But lately he has been acting strange around me. About three monthes ago I dated this guy called Andi, sorta started to fall for him, but he used me for money and was too emotionally immature, and we broke up. My heart wasnt broken but very bruised.

So, My mother always seems to tell me im fat nad nee ot exerisize and loose weight and today she said i have love handels, i tell her it bothers me saying these thigns but she tells me to be quit and if i tell her to get away and that im upset with her she grounds me for a week from the phone [[i talk to my bf on it atleast once a day]] and i dont think its fair, anyways, i want to please my mother so can you all give me some exersizes to get rid of love handels nad ton up my stomich, i honestly think im fine.. check out my myspace www.myspace.com/meg_92 but my mother thinks other wise.. please help me before i go through a eating diorder.. i go through that or i will eat nothing but a saled or two a day for a few weeks..

How normal/ok is it for teenage guys or girls not to wear underwear occasionally?

See theres this guy and I really like him. He was one of my boyfriends and he recently broke it off with me. We were really really close with eachother and know its over. All i want to do is get back together with him. The problem is I dont know if I should or shouldnt and i dont know if i should just forget about him. I'm honestly a smart girl but I'm lazy & hate working. This has drastically affected my grades in school. My parents expect great grades from me (which I haven't had throughout highschool). I'm a junior and grades really matter. I dread report card days because it's the same routine - me crying while my mom screams & punishes me. It is my fault & I know that. How do I start stepping it up and show my mom that this time will be different? I need ways to pull my grades up big time and change my lazy ways.

Well my boyfriend && I have been off && on for 3-4 years now...we've been together this time for 8 months. There's time that I act "different" around hime. Like I don't want to be there next to him or whatever. Then there's time that I don't want to leave his side. He's like my best friend && more. How do I know that I'm still interested. How do I know that I still love him? He says that he's scared to lose me, && that to me it seems like he really want this relationship, but on the other hand, I sometimes feel like I don't...but then again I do...how can i stop doubting it?

I hate serious relationships/having a boyfriend. I'm just not a big fan of the whole 'love' thing at this point in my life. I like flirting & I like having fun. There's this one guy who's great and I wouldn't mind having fun with him (in a clean way). He wants a relationship with me. How do I go about telling him that I really do like him but for now, I don't want him to expect me to change soon & want him to be my boyfriend.

My best friend is a guy. We have no feelings for eachother & we're really close. The guy I'm dating, gets extremely jealous. He says that we secretly like eachother and it's hard for him to accept me being best friends with another guy. Also, they absolutely hate eachother. How do I work this out? I can't just sit them both down and talk, that will in no way workout. Is there a way I can atleast make them tolerate eachother for my sake?

Hair Cut Gone Wrong.

I even took in a picture and showed her.
What I ended up getting was almost 5inches cut off (its now above my shoulders) and these short looking bangs that barely reach my eyebrows.
What can I do with my hair? It won't all go up in a ponytail, and when it just hangs down it looks terrible. My face is not the right shape for this cut, but theres really nothing I can do to change that. Help!
