I even took in a picture and showed her.
What I ended up getting was almost 5inches cut off (its now above my shoulders) and these short looking bangs that barely reach my eyebrows.
What can I do with my hair? It won't all go up in a ponytail, and when it just hangs down it looks terrible. My face is not the right shape for this cut, but theres really nothing I can do to change that. Help!
about your bangs, they will grow fastest. I generally trim mine once a week to keep them exactly how I like them. give it time and you'll have more bangs to play with. I completely suggest cutting them yourself or having a friend cut them for you. if your stylist did them thinly, you can also cut longer bangs with more of your front hair over your short bangs, but I don't suggest it. First, you could try to curl it unless you have thick hair like me. Also, you could try different styles. But also remember, you CAN go to a different stylist and ask them what they could do, like the other columnist said.
Oh and I almost forgot. You could get a friend to come over and help you with it. Hey, you could even get your mom. Trust me on this. My mom has messed up my bangs (even though it's your hair) many times and has ended up helping me fix them. Just try different styles!
lostinpraise answered Sunday April 23 2006, 4:41 pm: Just go have it cut again by another stylist. Even if it has to be cut short to look good, it's just a change for a while, while it grows back to your old length! Hope it works out,

She can probably give you tips and hair products, and you'll have beautiful hair in no time. [ to_the_rescuex3's advice column | Ask to_the_rescuex3 A Question ]
