i really want to lose some of my stomach my summer. im not fat, its just i have a little extra under my belly button and the botom of my sides, toward the back. situps arent seeming to do anything, and its soo anooying. what excercises can make it go away maybe by summer?

hey guys well im one of the most paranoid people you would ever meet. well last night my boyfriend was over and we were just kind of "fooling around" you know nothing too bad.. well we both had our clothes off and i was laying on top of him and we were kissing. i didnt want things to end up going too far so i stopped.. well the thing is i know that before this he did cum but it was like 20-30 minutes before that.. but is there any chance that i could have gotten some of the sperm inside of me.. i heard that once the sperm hits the air it dies but is this true? please dont give me any rude answers

Phobia

40's(f)I have a phobia of vomiting, me or other people. I have tried counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and confrontational therapy. Nothing has worked. I have run out of ideas on how to beat this. Does anyone have any other suggestions on things to try and has anyone had this problem and got rid of it? If so, how? Thanks.

me and my boyfriend have a long distance relationship. we've been together for 6 months. i was playing around on myspace and i found his (i didn't know he had one) so i was looking at it. i was looking at this girl who had been commenting him and it seems like theyre going out because shes always like "love ya" so i looked at her profile and it says stuff about him like they are only friends except for her headline which says "<3 his initials" and i dont know what to believe. also about a week ago his away message said "sleeping and dreaming i love you baby and im so glad your with me now" and i didnt think it was about me so when i asked he flipped out at me so i just shook it off what should i do?

im aj ,im 16, grade 11, im a shy person just meeting people, but when i get to know them im very comfortable and fun , but i need a girl so i can get my mind off this other gurl i fell for, but i dont know wat girls in my school are available, and for some reason i attract girls i dont find attractive at all, theres so many girls in my school that look intresting, but ive never talked to them and i dont no if they have boyfriends or not, how can i open up a convorsation with sumone ive never talkd to before? its hard for me because its like, hey , i dont no you but im gonna talk to you anyways, i think i would look stupid, what should i do to meet some new people?

Getting Better

Just yesterday, I started feeling sick. Today I have a little bit of a sore throat (it has improved)& the beginning of a stuffy nose and last night I'm pretty sure I had a fever, and I'm not sure if it's gone or not. I've been drinking Tons of water, and I've been resting. Today I will be going to my friends birthday party for about an hour, and tomorrow I'm going to my granparents house. I hope to be better by Monday.
Do you think I will be better by Monday? & Besides drinking water & resting, what else can I do to get better? Are there any foods that will help?

Scrunching problems

I have extremely thick hair and a lot of it. Its not that frizzy.. except for when I scrunch it. I love wavy/curly hair with the scrunching style, but my hair always turns out cute but frizzy with a lot of fly aways and all. Plus, the thickness of my hair a lot of times weighs the scrunching downs so its not as urly as i would like it to be. I use Redken Ringlet 07.
How can I scrunch my hair well without it being frizzy?! (Names of products would be great!)

Okay, so there's this guy, he is SO cute, we've been friends all this year. And I fell in love with our friendship.
Silly as it sounds. But I like him, ALOT! He sometimes calls me at night, and one time, he wanted to meet me at the mall and watch a movie. (May I add, he doesn't know I like him.)
Okay, during school, my very close friend, talks about my crush ALL THE TIME. It kind of bothers me cause she says all this stuff like, "Oh, he keeps poking me in the arm, and told me it was a 'Love Tap'" I got pretty sad when she told me this. (Also, may I add, I told her I liked him before she even told me this.)
