Crunches are when you go to do a sit up, but dont go all the way to your knees. Do these until your abs ache cuz then you know its working. Turn over on your tummy and strecth out your abs. Also you can do lots of walking and cardio. Walking and cardio really work to get rid of excess fat. And water. Lots of water!!!! It flushes out unneeded fat from the bod.

Also, if you eat about 3,000 calories a day that could also be another reason. Lower your calories to about 2,000 if you already haven't. Eat healthy meals. I'm not just saying that, but that's very important if you're looking to lose weight or just some of that extra fat. Make sure you drink plenty of water. That's really important too. Try to eat veggies and fruits. Don't have much junk food because that's no good. If you keep up with that and exercise, you will see results pretty fast. For exercises, run, jog, walk, sit ups .. anything really. It shouldn't have to be just for the stomach. Walking, swimmings works every part of your body and that will help. Good luck with it.
