my name is Rachel and iam a 17 year old girl and my dad died when I was 12 and sometimes I still find myself upset about it and it makes my grades go down when iam really upset how can I get over my dad's death?

today my friends were all hanging out, and 2 started joking around saying that i'd kissed one of the guys (guy 1 hehe) and that i fancied him and stuff, saying they'd heard it from another friend. it isn't true, and everybody knows it, but i wasn't really bothered - i mean, mates always have a laugh like that together. but later on when i was alone with another guy mate (guy 2) he said that guy 1 had said i was pretty and the he said he agreed with guy 1. i don't really fancy either of them (even though guy 1 is a pretty hot hehe) and i just shrugged it off. later on (again hehe) i was alone with guy 1 and i said 'just ignore everyone - you know what they're like.' and he said 'yeah i know don't worry. i don't see you in that light anyway. ...

I need help, really fast.

Okay, this is kind of gross, but I mean, I really need help, and fast. You see, we've had a long history of breast cancer in my family, and my aunt died of it 2 years ago.
Well, I was taking a shower today, and I got out to dry myself off. I noticed that my chest hurt really bad, and I looked down, and saw this huge lump on the side of my nipple. I felt it and it felt like this huge ball underneath my skin. It hurts realy, really bad. I know that your breasts already hurt if you touch 'em, but this was just like excrusiating pain.
So I have a few questions.
1. Can you get breast cancer at 14 years old? (I just turned 14 on may 30th.)
2. Does anyone else have this?
3. If not, should I get i...

When I ask my mom if a friend can come over or something, she won't answer me. She'll act like she never heard me, then if I ask again, she yells at me and grounds me for begging and annoying her. This is so aggrivating, how can I get her to either say yes or no, and respect me more!

My computer is pretty old so im planning on getting a new one. I have over 700 songs on my iTunes/iPod and when I get rid of this computer they will all be gone. Is there any way to get the songs from my iPod onto my new computer so I dont have to download them all over again?

I'm not big into church, I believe in God, but I can't stand going to church. I get bored out of my mind, and idk I just don't like going at all. I hate youth group too, everythings lame, and theres two girls there that are even close to my age, and I hate em both. My moms always trying to get me to go to church with her, but IDK how to tell her I don't like it at all!

im going to camp center stage tomorrow. (its a singing, dancing, and acting camp.) it lasts for 6 weeks and all of the camp time we work on for performing a show. this year we are doing suessical. so, my question is, what are some good audition songs? we need to have an audition song thats 32 measures or less for auditions. can anyone give me some good ideas?! help! this is all to much -- we have to have it memorized by sometime this week for auditions! :-/ answers asap would be appreciated. ill rate !!! ♥

Acne?

I have alot of black heads on my nose, and a bunch of pimples on my forehead and my temples. They aren't like big and red, just alot of bumps. I've used dozens of acne medicines (Noxzmea, Clean and Clear, Clearasail just to name a few) and nothings ever gotten rid of them. My mom doesn't have the money for ProActive, or the dermatologist, so what are some ways to get rid of my acne once and for all!

I got my first kiss from this guy the other day, and it was so weird. Are you supposed to kiss with your mouth open pretty wide? He like leaned it, got my upper lip, then got the skin between my nose and upper lip all wet. It was really gross and ackward, I haven't kissed much before, so I was wondering is that how your supposed to kiss? If not, please tell me how! theres a whole long backround story im not getting into details with but basicly...
me and this kid, lets call him Chris, had a HUGE history and we went out and a lot of stuff. Well this other girl, lets call her Kim (shes a grade older), and him had a tiny history but she really liked him. Ok so me and Chris were finally doing good as friends but we were flirting all day and texting eachother and everything. So then that night we were on a boat and he was allllll over me. Hair problems?

My hairs about shoulder length, and layered. The lady wasn't supposed to give me layers, but she did, and I hate it. My hair is also too short, and I don't know what to do with it. I'm sick of pony tails or half ponytails, but the layers look bad when they're just straight ++ down, plus its too short to scrunch it. What should I do with it?

My mother and I fight all the time. She blames our finacial problems on me all the time. She yells at me if I go out with my friends, but if I stay home me and her fight alot. Most of the time she gets mad at me for something simple like me sleeping in, being on the internet or asking for a friend to come over. I know I do get my way with my dad, but I don't ask her for much and I try to do what she says so I won't make her mad. But no matter what we started fighting like crazy! I'm so sick of it, I hate being with her, what should I do?

Okay, so I was at this party one time, & this boy says that he likes me, & asks me out.
I had a BIG crush on him at the time, so of course, i said yes.
A few days later, he says that he was only kidding, & he didn't like me. He only asked me out because his friends dared him to.
On the last day of school, he asks me out... AGAIN. What am i supposed to do? Should i believe him, or not?
