How long should i wait to put in a 16 gauge barbell

i am begining to gauge my earlobes. I want to be able to fit a 14 gauge tongue barbell in it but i just started and put a 18 gauge barbell 2 days ago(the 23rd) . How long should i wait to put a 16 gauge barbell in?2 weeks?

first job interview

I'm 17 and I'm going for my first job interview. I've never been employed before. It's for a big store that I usually shop at, and I'm very nervous. Does anyone know what kind of questions the interviewer will ask me? What kind of clothing should I wear to the interview? I don't want to seem desperate & I don't want to say anything wrong.

My sister just had a baby and he husband's last name is Wood. Well, my sister has always wanted to name her daughter "Holly". So we just need a few HONEST opinions here.

cell phone charging

is it true that if you charge your cell for a certain amount of time ..then it wont be able to charge ever again? and is it the same with ipods? because my friends ipod cant charge cause she said she has charged it for a certain amount of time.. i was just wondering if this was true or not for the cell phone..
and i have the razor one from cingular if that helps

well, my i guess you could say im in love with my best friend.. we use to be a couple but we broke up because of the distance.. well i JUST moved here.. but we've became really good friends ! but my problem is, i wanna be with him so bad. and he says he's scared because if we break up he's afraid we wont be as good as friends as we did before we were going out. but i think that if we really cared about eachother, and we loved eachother THAT much then maybe it'd be okay, because even if we did break up, we could continue being good friends because we wouldnt let that happen.. and now i dont know what i should do ? helpp

ok so i'm 14/f. i'm 5'5" and like 105 pounds or around there. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be more healthy. even though I appear skinny, I don't feel as in shape as I should be. Like I ran up the stairs today like once and I was out of breath by the time I got up. what exercises or other things can I do to get in shape? or food I can eat? thanks :]

hair styles

I've had the same hairstyle for a really long time and I really want a new one. I'm trying to grow my hair out to like 2 inches past my shoulders, so I don't want to cut it too much. I was thinking like side bangs but not exactly side bangs. I've seen like people who part their hair on the side kinda and on one side they have like really short layers like bangs kinda. That's what I want but I don't know how to explain it to my hairdresser so I need a picture. I was looking but I can't find one. If anyone can find one for me that would be great. lol sorry if what I'm asking for is kinda confusing. well thanks :]

14/f...are there any ways to make your hair grow faster? i've had medium length hair for most of my life and i want a change. i want my hair to be longer for when school starts again. are there any tips/tricks or even shampoo or hair products that will help my hair grow faster and longer?

Abortions

If a pregnant woman is killed, it's considered a double homicide then why are abortions looked upon differently? I've heard things like when a pregnant woman is killed, it wasn't her choice but it is her choice in the case of an abortion. But, she isn't killing herself when it comes to abortions; she's doing it to another, developing human being. So that just doesn't make sense to me.

audition nerves

Okay, I don't usually get nervous before performing on stage. I get really nervous during auditions, though and because I'm nervous I perform poorly and I don't get a callback. I hate knowing that I could do really well, but blowing it because I'm nervous. Does anyone know how I can overcome my audition nerves? I will rate high. Thanks.

okay me and my ex broke up 9 days ago.
and i have been kinda asking him questions abou the break up the last 8 days. and yesterday i had someone else ask him questions and he found out and we got in a fight. and like hes been going in a circle with girls and its like.. he will forget his most recent ex and try to talk to his old one and become there friends and when we broke up he told me he wanted to be friends.
and now its like i dont matter anymore he went threw a break up before me like. 2 yrs ago. and hes trying to feel what that girl left but its making him go out with other chicks ( one of his ex's told me this) and. i was trying to talk to him about it yesterday and he got mad and started saying stuff about how he does...

Okay. This guy. We have been talking alot lately. Late into the night. I left for a week, and when I cam back, he moved on. A whole new group of friends and everything. I dont know. I thought we were going to hit it off, we were flirting like crazy. Now we havent talked at all, and he is flirting with many other girls. I should of seen it earlier, he was really interested in me, now it seems he is isnt. Now i am interested in him, I guess because i cant have him now. What do I do?

It was the night of my year 11 prom n i was a bit tipsy so i slow danced with a boy who has fancied me like mad for about two years.
