My mother can't sleep.
When she does its only for like two hours a night.
She has problems when her feet move and she can't stop them so she has to walk around and if she sits her feet move.
She takes sleeping pills sometimes but they don't work either.
Can someone please please please help me!
I am so worried about my mom.

Hair

I asked a question earlier about my hair falling out constantly when I'm in the shower & brushing it. Everyone said, its natural for you to lose some hair each day. But honestly, I've never seen someone nor have I lost as much hair as I do nowadays. It comes out like a very thick strand of hair and plus at the end of the shower I have somewhere on my body like a huge knot of just my hair that has fallen from my hair and on to my body. Theres seriously a lot of hair. And yes, my hair is thinning but I still have hair, don't get me wrong. The only thing I can think of is the fact that I used to straighten it a lot. I havne't been doing that as much for about 2-3 months now but I'm still losing hair. Its alllll over the tub and eve...

I'm going to a Bo Bice concert on July 3rd and Im so exited! The thing is, I don't know what to wear! I only shop at Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister! Please send me different WHOLE outfits (shirt, bottoms, accessories, etc.) Please give me at least a few super cute outfits!

About a week ago, me and one of my best friends went to the beach which is about 4 hours from our city. We were in the water and we saw this guy surfing and he did good so we just complimented him and that was it. Or so we though. we didnt figure we'd see him any more. So we went in about 20 min later back in our hotel (which was on the shore) and went in the pool. and turns out that boy...lets call him Ian, stays at our hotel, is our age, is extremly gorgeous, and has ALOT! in common with me. Well aparently he was visiting with his dad and his dad took him to the beach as a surprise. And his dad lives only like 45-60 min away from where we live.The last day he was at the hotel, he wanted to meet up in the mornign for breakfast to say bye,...

I want to get my cartilage pierced. How old do you have to be? And does it matter how old you are if you have your parents permission? And does it hurt more then just getting your first hole in your ear pierced? What does the pain feel like?

friends sick

i've had a friend for about five years. we've been pretty close. he has MD (muscular dystrophy) and with that disease you get worse as time goes on. it's hereditary and the people in his family that did have it, died at a very young age. he told me that he'd be lucky if he passed age 35. this upsets me. i know he had this disease all along, but realizing that he's already 19 years old and well, 35 doesn't seem that far away for him. i know you can't predict when you'll die or anything but i'm not sure what to do. he tells me i'm his closest friend and i appreciate that, but i feel selfish because i feel that it's a lot on me. that seems stupid, but it's like he wants to spend his time with me. i don't even know what to say to that. my quest...

Can you tell if you're pregnant the first week of conception?? Would you be throwing up or something??? Is there ANYTHING that could be a hint at least..???? I think I might be pregnant because me my boyfriend had sex like three days ago.. without a condom.. he was supposed to pull out in time.. and supposedly he did... but i touched my vagina right after and it was extremely wet and sperm-like.. Im soo scared..Im not sure if it was wet from me or him.. i just dont know.. and i didnt go and get the day after pill or anything.. because i just wanted to assume that i wasnt... but i really dont want to find out in a month or two.. that im pregnant.. because then im SCREWEDD... ok. I've been dating this guy alittle over a week now. My cousin hooked us up but his ex girlfriend is my cousins bestfriend. Well my ex boyfriend and his ex girlfriend wont really leave us alone. Keeping Gauchos From "Riding"

Does anyone know of an effective way to keep your gauchos (and underwear for that matter) from riding up? I want to wear my gauchos to my drivers ed class tomorrow but i dont want to have a wedgie everytime i stand up..its VERY embarrassing. Does anyone know of anything that will keep my underwear and gauchos from riding? Sorry if this offends anyone! I greatly appreciate any answer!

Fractured Wrist?

So yesterday, i was standing on a chair when my foot slipped and i fell face first into the carpeting. I used my wrist to break my fall an dever since it really huurts. Its not bruised but my legs and nose are bruised up pretty well from the fall. It hurts when i try to turn my wrist into my body like when i wash my hands, dry them, hook my bra, do my hair, try to wash my hair, eat, etc. This happened two days ago and it is still a bit swollen. I tried wearing a ace splint but that doesn't help from the pain of turning my writs. When you put presure on the bone, it hurts and when i rotate my wrist it hurts a lot. My parents think nothing is wrong and they don't want to take me to get x-rays until a nother couple of days. Im icing it and tak...

Ok, I have planter's warts on my feet and have tried to remove them, but nothing works. Does anybody know any solutions or ahs anybody HAD a planter's wart removed?
I'm wayy scared to go to a doctor, so please tell me the process of how it was removed, even though it's kinda gross.
