Ok, I have planter's warts on my feet and have tried to remove them, but nothing works. Does anybody know any solutions or ahs anybody HAD a planter's wart removed?
I'm wayy scared to go to a doctor, so please tell me the process of how it was removed, even though it's kinda gross.
I checked a site and it said that you can soak your feet in hot water to soften the wart. Make sure that it's not TOO hot in spite of burning yourself.
If that doesn't help, then..
My mom took me to the dermatologist and they prescribed me a special cream. I tried the cream and after a week, it didn't really help that much. So, when I came back to the derm., she just froze it off. It's quick, and a little painful. Just be sure to grip the counter when he/she freezes it off to 'release' the pain. xD

Buy some of the Compound W freezing stuff at the drug store and follow the directions. [ Tulipg17's advice column | Ask Tulipg17 A Question ]

In those days all a parent had to do was call the family doctor and tell him/her what was wrong and they'd give you a prescription over the phone. You didn't have to go in for something like this, but not today. It's all about that money today. We used some kind of ointment on our warts and they went away never to return again. It's my understanding that planters' warts are particularly hard to get rid of and are highly contagious. I will include some websites that say that they guarantee you should be able to get rid of the warts. If they don't work within the time that they say they are suppose to then I'd get my money back from them and go to the doctor. If you don't want to have them frozen off I think you can still get some kind of ointment to put on them. You might want to take a lot of Vitamin C too, aroud 500 to 1000 mgs a day. Warts are caused by a virus and Vitamin C fights viruses. I hope this helps.

its really no big deal
i went to the doctor a they froze it off. it was a few years ago so i dont remeber it in detail but i remeber it being slightly painful. some people that get it on their feet are put on crutches just for a day so that i guess you don't damage the area but it nothing you need numbed for or anything [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
