I decided to go natural a couple of days ago and my hair is relaxed. I know I have to wash, condition and keep it moisturized. I don't want to cut off my hair. How do I keep my hair from breaking off since I'm not going to cut it soon? What are some good transition hairstyles?

Shift schedule for my employees and I.

Normally, my manager at work made the shift schedule, but she did a really bad job and kept scheduling people even when they said that they wouldn't be available at those times. I asked her if I can work on the schedule from now on and she said that I could.
I think scheduling people will be easy, but my question is, what should I do when somebody says they can't work a shift for a particular day? How much notice should I ask for? Should I have them take care of it by trading shifts with someone or should I find coverage myself? How often should I allow them to make modifications?

I am always being yelled at. Mostly "WHAT THE H*LL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?!??", "I HATE YOU!", "WHY CAN'T YOU BE LIKE YOUR SISTER?!??", and "nobody likes fat people. If you are fat nobody will love you and you will die alone."
A few things he calls me are:

Is 18 too many credit hours for a freshman?

This was my first semester, but due to credits gained in high school I will be a sophomore next semester. I took 16 credit hours this semester, and I admit I had a lot of issue managing time, but I believe part of that is getting used to college and getting used to having a social life. I am willing to work on managing my time better and working on homework more next semester. My adviser said I should take 15 or 16 credit hours. I was thinking 18 and getting a start on my minor. I am a communication major, so next semester I will be in 2 comm classes, health, spanish 201, and an honors class on cross cultural experience. I was thinking of taking psychology 101 because I was thinking of having a psych minor. What are your thoughts? Do you think it will be too hard to take those classes?

There is this guy I like so I messaged him on facebook trying to start a conversation with him but he never responded but i know he saw the message because facebook has this thing where it shows that the person saw your message and it showed you the time they saw it then the next day he updates his status but he still didnt respond to my message. Should I take it that he doesnt like me? And if he doesnt like me then why when hes around me either acts creepy always staring at me or is sometimes friendly and talks to me? I thought it was because he liked me maybe I'm wrong what do you think?

My mom creates arguments and fights about EVERYTHING. Ever since she got a new promotion its only gotten worse during the week. When my oldest sister "K" was 15, she went through a stage where she was the worst teen ever, fights, mental stuff,probation etc etc etc. They always verbally and physically fought. Hi.. I'm 19 years old and I've been sexually active for approximately 6 months now. In this 6 months I took the morning after piLl thrice already. I know it's not a form of contraception but my boyfriend hates having sex with a condom and there's no way I can get the pill or be on the injection without my parents tripping. I was just wondering what's the worst that could happen if I keep using the morning after pill this much... Will it affect me trying to fall pregnant in the future?

I really need advice from someone who knows a lot about pets, please I don't want any answers that are just "good guesses". Two weeks ago, I adopted a ten week old kitten. I also have owned an indoor rabbit for a year, but he is almost two years old. Both animals are male. The cat fights with the rabbit, which is a given, as cats are predatory animals. I cannot tell how the rabbit feels about the cat. I keep the rabbit locked in his cage when I am not home, and when I sleep. When I let the rabbit out he does his mostly normal business, and the kitten tries to play with him, pawing and pouncing at him. The rabbit does run, but not to his cage, just a couple feet away.
