So I liked this boy, imma call him Tod, last year. we flirted and stuff, but i knew nothing was going to happen because he had a girlfriend at the time. OK... so i'm in a long distance relationship with this guy. he is 16 and lives in Illinois, i'm 13 and live in Georgia. we have been going out for about 3 weeks now...

See I am currently sixteen and I have been crushing on the same guy since I was fourteen...I never made a move for him though. We are basically the opposite. He's the outgoing, fun guy while I'm the usual "cute" wallflower girl. Lately I have been more outgoing but not as far as the wild partying type. I have to admit, I'm very emotional. However, I get extremely scared when someone gets angry and do my best to please whoever is angry, even if I'm not at fault. I'm also extremely afraid when people hate me. I might not be at fault but...I just feel so upset and afraid. What should I do? Should I learn to let go? How?:( Thanks.

I'm 16 and ever since I had sex a month ago around my vagina has been very sensitive. It has been itching a lot and gets sore and swollon when I itch it. There is white/dry skin Where I have itched and it feel like I have little cuts Android burns when I pee. I don't have any abnormal discharge and it doesn't have any oder. But I'm scared I have an std. I don't want to go to the doctor and have my mom find out I'm sexually active. Could it just be a yeast infection? If I go to get checked can the doctor tell that I'm not a virgin? (My hymen is broke Obviously but will the doctor know it was sex that broke it or could they believe it was a tampon?) I don't want my mom knowing I'm sexually active. I use condoms. Please help!!!!!

My step sister is getting out of control. She threatens to kill me, she hits me every day, she breaks my things, she curses at me, everything! Everytime I'm sick she just hits me and laughs! And everytime I have friends over she comes in and says all these horrible things about me! I can't take it anymore!!!
She's turning 15 in a few months. She has severe ADHD. And everyday when I'm using MY headphones or MY chargers, she comes in and takes them!!!!! Every time I push her she just gets more and more violent! Plus, she steals my stuff! My mom says "I start it". Omg What do I do?! I have been dating my boyfriend for a year now and we live together. He is best friends with his ex girlfriend, which whom he talks to every day. They text at all hours of the night and have a very odd friendship. one time I was going through his messages and he had a message from her at 3 am telling him to come over and "cuddle". Should I become non vegetarian.?

Hi, I am 23/male/207 lbs currently after loosing 35 lbs in 4 months. I have lost pretty much enough fat and now I want to build some lean mass. I have been working out for more then a year now. Now to gain some muscle I am suppose to have around 200 gms of proteins. But being a vegetarian I can get amost around 50 or so grams from my diet so I cannot compliment rest 150 with 6 protein shakes.
Thus I am confused that should a I becone a non vegetarian. Will it help me better, I have never had anything non veg my whole life and m not really looking forward to it. Is it uuterly necessary or can I stick to bwing vegetarian and become muscular , if yes then what should I eat the most in vegetarian food.i cant have soy too much cause it tend to increase estrogen .

Ok so here it is. My boyfriend and I have been having alot of trouble with our relationship the last few months. We have been dating for almost a year and a half now and have lived together pretty much since the beginning.A few months into the relationship I started noticing a few things with him. Its been nearly 6 weeks since I was told that I was not to be in my daughters and granddaughters lives.
