Best way to increase your stamina for this long run, is to run often, as well as eat properly. Getting your needed nutrition and such. Wake up early, run on a treadmill or outside for about 30 minutes. Eventually you'll be able to go run faster for longer periods of time. Just keep at it and you'll do fine! :3 ]
