Dieting

I'm 14/f. I weigh about 102, give or take. I haven't danced in like 7 months and I noticed my stomach is getting soft. My friends tell me that I'm still very skinny, but I think otherwise. What do you suppose I should do to get back in shape.

8th grade video

OKay i have and 8th grade slide show that i got and its burned onto a cd.. its 23 minutes long..and it has music set to the slideshow... is there anyway i could save it onto my computer then upload it somewere so i can put it on myspace.... o yea please dont say youtube because the clips can only be 10 minutes long...please and thank u

losing my best friend to her b/f

14 f .so my best friend has had this boyfriend for almost 20 months now. and i know that its great and stuff and they are really great together but i dont see much of her anymore. last summer was so fun we hung out almost everyday and then this summer she was with her b/f. i only saw her 3 times. alot had been happening with me lately and she doesnt know any of it. i told her that i needed to talk and she said okay. but then everytime i asked her to hang out she said she was hanging out with her b/f. she doesnt even try to make plans with me. i dont know what to do. i feel like im losing my best friend. he wont always be there. and when she gets hurt, she may not have a best friend to help het through it. you have to balance your friends and your b/f. but how do i get her to see that?

If so, maybe you can help me.
I'm 14/F and never dated or even got told a guy likes me. Currently, I have a huge crush on this super cute boy. (He's one of those guy aren't like from a bunch of girls, I think. My friends say that he isnt ugly, but isn't hot) Is there any hints that I can know he likes me? I want him to like me...he's a year older than me and when my friend and I talk to him, he replies. He doesn't say much but only answers the question...does that mean he is shy or just doesn't want to talk?

Birth Control

okay this might sound kind of funny but im just making sure! ive probably been on birth control for about a year now..not for sex or anything but for my period. is there different kinds of birth control? like..if i wanted to have sex with a guy would taking my birth control still be effective, or is there like birth control just for sex and just for your period? im just wondering like..im scared to have sex obviously because im scared of pregnancy and all that other stuff! so if i ever find a right boy that i love and when i feel the time is right i want to make sure im as protected as i can be =)

Insomnia

My mother has a problem sleeping. For these past few days, she has been getting the lack of sleep.
Do you have the same problem? What can I tell my mom without useing any sleeping medicine to let her fall alseep.

so i have this cool guy friend. he has a girlfriend, BUT he majorly flirts with me. when he does, his gf isn't around. he's not a cheater or anything bad like that. but it seems like its not a very good thing. does it seem bad to you? should i tell him something? i'm not sure. i feel like i'm in the way. what do you think i should do.

Okay so my boyfriend and me have been going out for a while and we havent made out yet. And I want to but I don't know when? like I want to do it at the movies but how does it start? do i just lean it? and how do i accually make out? I know this sounds wierd but I really need to know. getting in shape for basketball

i play girls basketball for my school. the season is starting in about a month and a half and i really want to get into shape but i can't do it. i'll tell myself over and over again that i'll stop eating bad and stuff but it never works. i need to lose weight not just for basketball but to feel better about myself. what can i do that will get me in shape and make me stick to it?

okay it seems my problem is i can get guys.

okay im 16 5-4 and i weigh 150. i dont look really fat tho you kno what im saying? but anyways i have some fat on my stomach i want to get rid of and im caplable of getin ready of if i just stick with my diet the problem is i always stop my diet for stupid reasons. i guess you can call me a very bad dieter. do you guys have any ideas to keep my focus on my diet more?

My freind died over the summer because of drugs. He was only seventeen. We went out summer after freshman year and most of sophomore yr (now I'm going to be a senior.) He was my first love. okay well this will be an outcome of two total situations in which i need help of.
