Question Posted Sunday September 3 2006, 11:01 pm

I'm 14/f. I weigh about 102, give or take. I haven't danced in like 7 months and I noticed my stomach is getting soft. My friends tell me that I'm still very skinny, but I think otherwise. What do you suppose I should do to get back in shape.

PS > I'm taking yoga this year. Will that be good?

I've never done anything that really helped me lose weight... until very recently. I started doing step arobic and boy, that's a great way to lose weight.

Yoga is going to get you right back in shape so yeah it will help a lot. Eat healthy and cut down on the junk food. Do cardio excersizing (running walking swimming) and do crunches (regular crunches and side crunches.) Just eat well and excersize and you should be fit again if your out of shape.
