Okay... I just recently got out of a relationship (about a month ago) and it had gotten pretty serious. I really loved her and we wanted to get married. But then she broke my heart and left me. It took me a while to get over her, but I know now that I definetly am.
I haven't exactly had the best track record for relationships. One of my exes was a stalker, the other cheated on me, and the most recent one left me. So I'm kind of nervous to start a new relationship.
But there is this girl Chelsea and she is extremely funny, and pagan like me, she has an adorable smile, and is shy but outgoing at the same time. She is like... exactly my ideal type of girl. But I'm scared that it will end badly and I'm scared of being hurt again. I just want to be held and loved. I was sort of flirty with her at our friend's sleepover and she seem receptive to it (she is bisexual). I'm going to be going to the movies with her this weekend and I don't know if I should make a move.
it sucks to get hurt in every relationship, I know. Don't rush into a relationship just because you feel alone, it'll only hurt you in the end. You need to let her know how you feel, but take everything slowly. Also, avoid having feelings that are really deep. It might be hard for you to swim out of deep feelings if a shark were to come around, metaforically of course.

Ok this is a really, really awkward question... I have a cousin... actually, he's my 4th cousin... and he rides my bus, and last year (in 7th grade) we became pretty close and everything (that was the year we figured out we were related). By the way, he's about half a year younger than me and in a grade lower. And he is really WRONG. Like, he's really perverted, but he is hilarious. So now that I'm in 8th grade, I've really missed him over the summer-we didn't do anything together. I don't talk to him much because I'm always in the very back, but I've found myself... uhm... trying to get his attention sort of. Here comes the really bizarre part... well, I think I might like him.... oh God that sounds weird... so that's my dilemma. I can't even ask my very best friend what to do, because she knows we're 4th cousins and that he's pretty much a freakshow. But I always find myself thinking about him, because he's really, really cute and has the hottest voice ever... ugh, there I go again!... I'm losing it... it's so weird, and I really want to find someone A. My own age, B. Not a perv and C. NOT RELATED to me, not even if it's distant. Please, PLEASE help me, I have no idea what to do!!! I feel like a total wreck...
I'd avoid having any type of intimate relationship with him, just because the fact that you two are, although distantly, still related. It would kill your reputation around school. Try to find someone else that you could like, just to get your mind of of your 4th cousin. You would be risking more than it's worth.

I am fed up and bored with my look. I tend to wear t-shirts and jeans and converse, with just a bit of makeup and straight hair all the time, and at 15, it's getting boring and I want to be abit more individual - but I don't know where to start! I don't really have much money either, so how can I change my appearance to express my personality without spending a fortune?

Hey everyone Im a 15 year old girl in highschool and I need some advice. My used to be best friend recently started getting drunk about a month into our freshman year. At first she started talking about it and I got really mad at her for even thinking about it. I made her promise not to go drinking and promised me she wouldn't. Then I here on homecomming that she drank before the dance with some of my other friends but I just assumed that she was acting crazy at the dance, not actually drunk. I had to hear from SOMEONE ELSE that she drank. So indtead of confronting her I gave her a complete silent treatment for 3 weeks. She finally wrote me a note saying how she was sorry how she messed up our friendship, how we used to be best friends, how shes an idiot, how shell never drink again and stuff like that. I decided to forgive her a few days later. So time went on and we were cool, but then like 4 days ago i found out she FOR SURE was drinking over the weekend. Then today I found out shes planning to go get drunk this weekend. Ive stopped talking to her since i found out she drank last weekend. Am I doing something wrong? How do I handle this? Do i talk to her? I care about her soooooo much. she also has a problem with being taken advantage of by boys. Her mom has cancer, her dads an ex meth user. She keeps trying to work things out with me but I always brush her off. Sometimes im pretty nasty w/ her. Theres more sides to the story, but i think im running out of room so i'll stop. The reason it sounds like she drinks is because she is either depressed or she wants to rebel for some reason. If you start up drama by getting mad at her for drinking, it's not helping. When people are depressed, they drink. You could unconsciously be part of the cause of the ONGOING problem. You need to lay off. You aren't her mom. Let her have her fun. You can't just tell someone something. They have to actually go through the consequences. So let her get in trouble with the police or her parents (although they don't seem like they would care). It's the only way she will learn.

Leave her alone. Most people really do just do it for attention. The more attention you give her, the more she will do it. It's like training a puppy. Plus, it's her life. Let her do what she wants. You aren't her mom.

have you ever been cheated on or anything to do with cheating?
I just have a small situation. My friend Sam cheated on her bf Allan with my bf's best friend and his brother. She made out with both of the guys and gave on of them head. Her bf allan is good friends with me and my bf and we decided we should tell him-- so we did the next day.
Sam and I weren't completely good friends but we were close somewhat. But if he did this to her, I would probably tell her too. So she's pissed and she has all my friends against me. Even my bffl. But i know i did the rite thing. All this time, past 2 weeks I've been there for Allan; even pickig him up at midnite because he was so depressed and taking him 2 parties to help him get his mind off her. And she does everything she can like for example- she cuts hereself- for attention. Allan and her are supposed to talk 2morrow and i want to kick her ass so bad but I'm not going to be there.
there's only one lil thing that i messed up on. at the party i told her to go for--to cheat. and when i told my bffl the story i admitted i told her to go for it.....and allan doesnt kno that. i told him i never said that and he believes me. but now sam and kayla my best friend have this against but my bf was there but will tell alan that it never happened, but im still afraid he'll beloieve her. he want to be with her but knows he shouldn't.
what do u think i should do now? kayla keeps telling me to back off when sam from the beggining said she was gonna break up with him.kayla and sam never even liked each other? everyone feels sorry for her because all she does it cry and they give me stuff like "you have no idea how much she has been thru" blah blah when this is all for attention and i'm not stupid.

Ok. I've done stupid stuff like that too. Just the best thing to remember is: If your don't admit it, you still have a chance.
Make sure that no one knows you told her to do it. If you tell people the your lie before they hear her truth, they will believe your lie because it's what they hear first. Normally, someone who is lying about something would avoid the topic, so that's why you need to make people believe your lie, but say something like this. "Omg, that chick is fucking crazy! She's spreading rumors about me just cus she hates me. She's saying that I told her to do it and all this other shit that isn't even true!" This technique works. I've had to use it before because of 1 stupid thing I've done.
Also, to avoid Allan from believing her, simply get to be really close with him. Doing this, it will get really easy for you to manipulate him into thinking his ex is a total bitch. Therefor, he will believe you.

Okay, so I met this girl at a party/bbq thing last night. I think she was kinda drunk, and I was tipsy. Basically, we ended up making out and stuff, even though we barely knew each other. Hi, I have a friend who is 15/16 and she has a problem with drinking alcohol. Whenever she drinks alcohol she doesnt get drunk or tipsy she just feels sick or is sick and last time she barely had much and it was her birthday and she spent all of it in the toilet :[ .
Friends have suggested that she has a problem with her kidneys or whatever but I want to help her but don't have any advice for her.
Now i dont want anyone saying that she shouldnt be drinking at her age because to be honest everyone does it o"o but her parents don't know that she drinks often and so she can't talk to them about it, and she was thinking about going to the doctors about it but wants to be sure first that she has good enough reason to.

Does walking burn a lot of calories? I'm not lazy, but I don't want to waste all that time walking if it wont work, when I could be doing something else instead. How long should I walk for each day to make a difference? Thanks ;D
I usually can't stick with a work out program unless i do it with a friend. Also, just go on a long slow walk in the evening. I dont know about you, but i spend my entire night on the computer, so being out of the house burns calories no matter how slow i walk.

Ok so today 5/20/07 is me and my boyfriends 6 month anniversary and on thursday I had a break down because he was spending to much time with his best friend (who is a girl) he stays over at her house and sleeps in her bed and it pisses me off. So I flipped out on myspace and they got pissed. me and my boyfriend fixed everything and he spends more time with me now. Well, first of all, best friends last a while. You shouldn't expect him to give up a best friend for a girlfriend. If you knew him before you went out with him, you would have known that his best friend is a female. In your case, sadly, she really doesn't like you. I see 2 ways to go about this:
1: You have to be nice to her. The more she knows you hate her, the more shit she's going to say about you to your bf.
2: Break up with your bf. Obviously, your two lifestyles are to different to have this relationship last.
