CONDITIONING!!!!! This isn't so much how to lose weight but how to get in shape. Here's a plan:

CRUNCHES: 50-100. If you have trouble, start with this: 10 and then rest for 10 seconds. Do this at least 4 times (40 crunches). More if you can.

SQUATS: I do 50. Aim for 50, but if that's too much, no big deal. Work your way up to it.

PUSH-UPS: As many as possible.

STRETCHING: straddle, pike, lunge, etc.

Lunge-walks, butt kickers, and high-knees~ walking and lifting your knees wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy up~ are good.

try eating healthier. Don't completely cut out sweets, or else your more likely to binge. Try cooling healthy stuff.
BREAKFAST: yogurt burst cheerios with milk. a piece of fruit. water.

LUNCH: Make yourself a wrap!!!! put turkey, lettuce, tomato, and hoagie sauce on a whole grain tortilla. add a yogurt or breakfast bar, some carrots, and a piece of fruit. for dessert, put in a few pieces of licorice.

DINNER: ummm... well, anything goes as long as its not really fast food. If you MUST eat fast food, go to Subway. And no meatball marinara. Try a 6-inch sub on whole wheat with whatever you like. and for dessert, a fruit popsicle.

stick with this alot. and remember, sign up for and intermural, play something off season, or just go for a bike ride. Get actice. Try dance. That's a good one. and shoot some hoops to start getting in form!!

Girl, listen to me

listen hard...only you, can get yourself in shape...only you can motivate you...ask yourself when you see the obese man or woman walking into a McDonalds...ask yourself

"DO I WANT TO BE THAT PERSON IN MY DISTANT FUTURE?!"

No you don't...you don't...so here is what your going to do, your going to go out everyday, your going to run, if you get tired, your going to walk but either way your going to exercise cardio for 45 minutes 5 days a week

Consult your doctor or fitness expert...about a set caloric and fat intake...YOU CAN DO IT!!! I lost 30lbs by exercising and eating right, because obesity, IS NOT A FACTOR IN MY FUTURE!! and it wont be in yours...

my reccomendation for a girl...

1400 cals a day and 30g of fat no more...NO MORE

here are some things that may save your life

they did me, Lays Lite Potato chips...Dannon Lite n Fit yogurt and smoothies, tons of fruit n veggies...and of course SUBWAY sandwhiches...no mayo or cheese either

I know that the first two weeks of exercising your gonna want to quit, girl please dont! you can do it...trust me I have faith in you...and once you start seeing those results...youll want to keep them...so start reading the food labels exercise 45 minutes a day of cardio 5 days a week...also some sit ups/push ups wouldnt hurt either...

1400 cals, 30g of fat a day...no more...remember only you can change you...I wish you the best of luck!
