ROLLING BACKPACKS

My parents decided to let me get a 70 dollar l.l. bean rolling backpack, because I have so much books that I my back hurts if I get a regular backpack. But before I buy it, I was wondering, is a rolling backpack ok for an 8th grader, or is it like out of style and babyish? Like do alot of people have rolling backpacks? Thanks!

So I have liked this girl pretty much all of my life. I have been talking to her every once in a while trying to build courage and so I finally attempt to call her and tell her how I feel about her. I had to text her first to make sure it was alright to call. She said she was about to eat dinner with the family so she'd tell me when it was alright. She can't talk past a certain time and she texted me after that time and said that she couldn't talk now because it was past the time and wanted me to text what I wanted to say instead.
I'm pretty sure she knows what I'm trying to tell her since someone pretty much told her I liked her. So I said I rather call her instead and asked if i could call tommorrow. She said she didn't kno...

My best friend and me like the same guy but i dont want to tell her that i like him to. She talks about him all the time and it makes me sad becuase i have to keep my feeling inside. He asked her to homecoming so i dont know what to do. If i should tell her how i feel or just go on like nothing happen

i have a ipod nano that can only hold 500 songs, but i have more then 500 songs now. is there any way that i could buy more memory, or do i just have to buy a whole new ipod?

homecoming

i'm going to homecoming in a group with all my friends, and the guy i want to notice me is going too. he doesn't have a date, but i don't know how to get him to ask me to dance. and i also don't know what to do during slow dances. i'm going to their homecoming even though i don't go to their school, so i don't know any of the other guys so they won't ask me. but i don't want to look stupid and just standing there during the slow dances. and i don't want to ask him to dance. so that's not an option. what do i do during it? dancing with girls is funny for a minute or two but after that i think it gets old.

red spots (not chicken pox)

Yesterday morning I woke up with red spots all over my body. I'm positive they aren't chicken pox, but I have no idea what it could be. I still have them on my body. They don't really itch unless I scratch them. I remembered, though, that earlier that week I got bitten by something (I don't know what) and now, the bite is even bigger. Could the bug bite be linked to all these spots? My mom bought me Benedryl, will that help?

you know when people say that when you first have sex, you usually pop your cherry? well if i were to have sex and the guy did pop my cherry, does that mean i bleed more when i get my period? becuase they say your hymen or cherry is like a tissure that blocks the vagina, so when i do have sex for the first time and it pops, doesnt that mean ill bleed more on my period? if anyone knows what i mean? and thanks

Hi- I had sex with my boyfriend about 3 months ago without realizing he had HIV.. I asked him..and he lied and told me he didn't have it..
So- When I went for my yearly doctor check-up(last week).. my doctor wanted to give me an HIV test because I'm homosexual..
and it came out positive.. and I know its from my boyfriend because he's the only one i've had sex with.. ever..
So should I be mad at my boyfriend? or should I be mad at myself because I didn't know he had HIV...
Also- my doctor told me that my HIV is going to result in AIDS in about 5 years..
Please help!

I think my boyfriend and one of my best friends may have feelings for each other. They've always been friendly with each other, but lately it's more than that. They're always really playful - joking/laughing together, and they've been quite touchy feely of late, too. The other day I watched them when they thought I wasn't looking, and she said something to him and he started laughing like it was the funniest thing ever and he kinda slapped/punched her on the shoulder. Then he pulled her woolen hat down over the back of her head for her....the whole time I watched she was fiddling/playing with his jacket, and she even touched his face a couple times.....
Am I totally over-reacting here? Maybe they're innocent? What do I do?

this is very wierd and stupid.. but when you put on a condom and then you have sex, do you hold onto the condom while its on the penis? or you just leave it alone? because i dont want the condom to get into my vagina..

first day nerves!

hello...
I'm entering the 8th grade and my school is only 7th and 8th grade. I was there last year so I already know the school. but... the thing is that in summer I traveled places so I pretty much forgot about what the school looked like. Tomorrow is the first day of school and I'm sooo nervous! Can somebody give me advice on how to relax and tonight make me sleep?? Always on the night before the first day of school, I get nightmares and only get about 4 hours of sleep. So can somebody help me get relaxed... the 7th graders will be more scared than me but i'm sooo nervous. agh
