red spots (not chicken pox)

Question Posted Monday September 4 2006, 2:01 pm

Yesterday morning I woke up with red spots all over my body. I'm positive they aren't chicken pox, but I have no idea what it could be. I still have them on my body. They don't really itch unless I scratch them. I remembered, though, that earlier that week I got bitten by something (I don't know what) and now, the bite is even bigger. Could the bug bite be linked to all these spots? My mom bought me Benedryl, will that help?

there could be a lot of options for this, but since we aren't doctors, we probably won't know. i would suggest going to the doctor asap. Benedryl will help to relieve pain for now. it will probably make you a bit drowsy though. follow the box/bottle. definately go to your family doctor in the next few days. the bug bite could definately be linked to your spots, but since we don't know all the circumstances, it would be best to find out from a doctor.

-hope that helped!♥
