Q: I just got spacers in, and I'm getting braces next week, and my orthodontist told me I might not be able to eat solid foods for a while. Does anyone have any suggestions other than milkshakes/smoothies, mashed potatoes, and pudding?

you know what, i dont follow any of those dentist rules i eat and chew what i want, but for sure, make sure you DO NOT eat jolly rancher or now and laters.. they will mess your braces up bad,..when ya bite down theyll tear them rite out. and other really chewy or sticky candies will do that.. and when ya get braces dont worry about what ya eat even if they give ya a list, just make sure what you eat isnt too chewy and your fine, and gum and starburst are fine too..just make sure you dont get gum stuck in an arch wire or something, and youll fine. ♥

that happens to me all the time!! it might be because when you get home, you can make you look w/e you want to and not care, and when you're at school, you are always caring.. so you're constantly thinking about it.. so just relax more, and make your look to look more like the real you, that can help alot. when im at school, im all flushed out, because of all the stress, ..and do everything like makeup or hair, w/e at home so you can relax more at school, instead of constant mirror checkups. let me know if i helped..♥

Q: So my friend believes hes going to get mono because he kissed his girlfriend who had a sip of someones drink who had it. I'm a little worried because I took a sip of his water not knowing about the whole ordeal but I know most likly that no one will actually get mono. He says it takes a month to surface and the girl (his gf) only took a sip about little over a week or two ago. Just what are the chances of it happening, do I have anything to be worried about & should I tell my boyfriend? lol thanks.

hay..these are efects of mono:
fever
sore throat
swollen lymph glands (the infection-fighting glands in your neck, underarms, groin, and elsewhere throughout your body)
headaches
sore muscles
enlarged liver or spleen (an organ located on the left side of your belly, right under your ribs, that filters blood and helps fight infections)
also if you just gotton it you may feel really, really tired, or you may just loose your apetite often.
but if none of above applies to you, you have nothing to worry about. hope i helped!!

Q: Ok, so I have this friend. She is like one year older than me. Well, today I got a lolly pop from one of my teachers, I showed it to her. Then I ate it. She got mad at me for eating it. 1.i think you shouldnt be her friend over a little thing like that because shell keep doing it to ya in other situations. does she do it to other people too?? maybe you should just talk to her about it, if she gives you a lame answer, ignore her.
2.but if you were like bragging off your lolli pop, which you shouldnt do, because people are going to want some..but she should have just asked you for some, not throw a pissy fit. so like yeah..lol

Q: I have a friend who is straight. I'm gay. We are in our low 30s. When I told him that I have very strong feelings for him, he was totally uninterested. Not only that,
but he told me that he was very disappointed in me for telling him that. (That I have feelings towards him in such a way.) My major problem is that I obsess about him. I think about him constantly during the day. I dream about him at night. Sometimes many time in one hour, uncontrollably. In sexual and non sexual terms. I think of him in many different ways. I want to know everything there is to know about him, what he does, what he likes, what he spends his time with, etc, etc, etc. My point is, I tried to stop all this thinking and wanting to be close to him, but I can't. I'm in searing mental pain every day because I think of him so much and the interest he has in me at best is being a casual/good friend, my feelings towards him are not mutual. I don't want to get up in the morning because I know what my day in that aspect will be like. I know the reality of the situation but I obsess about him, and I can't stop my thoughts, they just pop into my head without my will or consent. What can I do? Can you help me? Showing him this letter is out. So is going for professional help. As much as I think I might be able to be helped by a psychologist/psychiatrist, the hundreds of dollars of fees that they charge per hour/session is beyond what I can afford. I can barely pay my basic bills, never mind this. I need to be able to have my day, everyday, go by without thinking, dreaming and fantasizing about him. My mind needs to be free of him the way I think of him now in order to keep my sanity, to be a normal person. It has come to a point that I'm in terrible, constant anguish that I think about him 24/7 the way I do, that I can't take it anymore. Please help me! Many thanks for you time. I eagerly await your response, you might just be able to save me before I go absolutely crazy. Thank you.

Yeast infections are from stuff like not cleaning 'there' daily and/or you can get it from
public bathrooms that are nasty and stuff like that..underwear might only give ya an yeast infection if ya dont wash it after ya buy..

Q: Yesterday morning I woke up with red spots all over my body. I'm positive they aren't chicken pox, but I have no idea what it could be. I still have them on my body. They don't really itch unless I scratch them. I remembered, though, that earlier that week I got bitten by something (I don't know what) and now, the bite is even bigger. Could the bug bite be linked to all these spots? My mom bought me Benedryl, will that help?

Hi- I had sex with my boyfriend about 3 months ago without realizing he had HIV.. I asked him..and he lied and told me he didn't have it..
So- When I went for my yearly doctor check-up(last week).. my doctor wanted to give me an HIV test because I'm homosexual..
and it came out positive.. and I know its from my boyfriend because he's the only one i've had sex with.. ever..
So should I be mad at my boyfriend? or should I be mad at myself because I didn't know he had HIV...
Also- my doctor told me that my HIV is going to result in AIDS in about 5 years..
Please help!

i wanted to do that too...i don't really know about the teen party package ..but even at that, if you are inviting alot of people, its gonna be expensive..so the cheapest might be around 1000 dollars for you and ure friends..unless you know someone who could give y a discount, like a family member...well
okay. then just find the nicest spa in your town and ask them to set up your date for the spa for (10) people or however many..and tell them its for your bday

well.. when you apply liner to the top and bottom..it'll look very stand out..then use a silver or whitish shadow...use mascara like clinique.. its really bold..or you could use that white stuff that thickens your mascara from clinique or sumwhere...also you can put shadow in an arch on your eyelid and ove midway from top..cant really explain that tip..lol..i think youll get it...that look really boldens out my eyes...hope i helped =D

well.. one thing i know for sure is practicing can help..also join choir at ayour school or church..it helped me alot...also it helps me just listen to how real singers sing and try singing like them..you can like sing along or something...and also if you do the chorus.. im pretty sure your teacher would be happy to instruct you for a little..cause my chorus teachers always did.. even without askin them..hope i helped =D

Q: i know this is a question that is asked alot, but I'm almost 15 (in October) and my breasts are only about an 28a...
I started puberty (got my period) when I was 12, almost 13. It's been a few years, so do you think my breasts will stay this size?
I've been trying to eat alot, because I'm 5'7 and 110 pounds, and I do sports, so i am kind of skinny. Do you think this is why I don't have bigger breasts?
Alot of people talk about how they had small breasts and suddenly they developed in a matter of months or a year. Is this true, and has this personally happened to someone who was at least my age at that time?
By the way, my breasts have been sore for about the past week... could this be because they're growing?

im 5'6 and im almost 15..and im only 32a..sumtimes i can get into a b ...and im only 107 pounds...
but i think ure boobs grow more (for some people, especially for ure weight) around the age 17... thats like when people start really looking like adults.. and my older sis was that way...but i hope this answers ure question...and btw usually when ure boobies hurt are bcuz theyre growing.....
well i hope they get bigger..lol && i hope this is any help because.. no one really could give ya an exact answer..because its different for different peeps....hope i helped!! =]
