homecoming

Question Posted Monday September 4 2006, 2:08 pm

i'm going to homecoming in a group with all my friends, and the guy i want to notice me is going too. he doesn't have a date, but i don't know how to get him to ask me to dance. and i also don't know what to do during slow dances. i'm going to their homecoming even though i don't go to their school, so i don't know any of the other guys so they won't ask me. but i don't want to look stupid and just standing there during the slow dances. and i don't want to ask him to dance. so that's not an option. what do i do during it? dancing with girls is funny for a minute or two but after that i think it gets old.

I can tell you to slow dance, the guy you like most likely knows how to, but you just put your arms around his shoulders, and he around your waist...and you go with the flow, or so to speak...it comes natural for most I really don't think youll have to worry about that...

As for getting him to ask you, go up to him and bring up the topic of the dance...just talk about it...maybe that will work...also, don't come off as nervous, be casual...its all cool...nonchalant...collect, hopefully he'll get the hint and ask you to the dance! I hope he does!

Best wishes,

JT
