i want curly hair

i have flat straight hair naturally and its tough to curl... i love ashley tisdales hair (when she has it curly) http://www.thehairstyler.com/images/celebrity/Celebrity_1031.jpg how do i get my hair to have the same curls as her what are good curling products and if i scrunch my hair how do i make it look natural... should i blow dry it before or after i scrunch? and if i use a curling iron how do i make it look natural because the curls always come out looking odd.no sponge curlers please because they only make banana curls and i hate them.

I have natrally wavey hair and when i straighten it sometimes it will stay but i have to ride the bus in the morning and the mostness in the air makes it flip out anyways to make it stay straight ??

in shape for nxt year

okay well i weigh about 150 pounds.
and i rly want to lose weight.
do you think if iran about a mile
everyday i would lose about 50 pounds by nxt year doing some other things too.
and would i lose it all over like my arms, legs, stomach and such and if not what are some ways i could tone them especially my arms like theyre flabby. please help i want to be skinny.

my cell phone was dead yesterday so it was off and people keep prank phone calling me and they blocked their number so i cant find it out and i really want to know who it was so is there any way i could find out whos called me?? i think theres a number you dial like *67 but thats not it. i dont really want to call the phone company which is verizon

dieting for prom night

hey iam 17 years old and I weigh 146 lbs and I wanted to lose weight by prom night so I can look good for my junior/senior prom night and I was wondering what kind of diet should I go on so I can lose 10-20 pounds by april i've been excersizing,but that dosn't seem to be working and iam not drinking any sodas just water nothing else what else should I be doing

tests

I have a decently well habit of studying. I pay attention in school, get A's and B's on the notes and homework assignments I do. I pass with class participation as well. But every time I take a test or quiz my mind goes totally blank. Like at that time every thing that I learned that I was needed to know for the test or quiz is gone. I try so hard to get the memory back, but it fails. So I end up failing the test or quiz. What I don't get is why this is happening. However, I do have a high anxiety and stress problem so it could be partly from that.
Any suggestions, tips, or information to help me do better on tests in this situation?
And please do not say something like "I don't know; go to a Doctor or Psy...

Easy Straight product

I've seen ads about this product called Easy Straight and its supposed to make you hair straighter and "frizz free" for 3 months. I was wondering if anyone had tried it or heard anything about it. I have super curly frizzy hair and I'm sick of strightening because its time consuming and is damaging my hair. I also don't want to get my hair chemically relaxed.
Does it work at ALL?
