dieting for prom night hey iam 17 years old and I weigh 146 lbs and I wanted to lose weight by prom night so I can look good for my junior/senior prom night and I was wondering what kind of diet should I go on so I can lose 10-20 pounds by april i've been excersizing,but that dosn't seem to be working and iam not drinking any sodas just water nothing else what else should I be doing

by april you could lose soo much weight all you have to do is eat 3 meals a day that are healthy no junk food. go to the gym or exersise at homes about 2-3 hours a week and just having positive attitude =] if you want more info get at my inbox ]
