hey iam 17 years old and I weigh 146 lbs and I wanted to lose weight by prom night so I can look good for my junior/senior prom night and I was wondering what kind of diet should I go on so I can lose 10-20 pounds by april i've been excersizing,but that dosn't seem to be working and iam not drinking any sodas just water nothing else what else should I be doing
