start a conversation with them! be friendly smile alot ask them questions and then ask for there number or aim/msn screenname. get to know them well talk on the phone or online and learn about eachother and then when he considers you a friend and seems interested ask him on a friendly date to the movies or mall or somewhere fun.you could even go with your friends so it doesnt seem like a real date.once you hang out with him in person a few times ask him out.just be yourself hope i helped ♥

The only thing I can tell you is that most of us "nice" guys are shy so you have to initiate conversation yourself. Also, if you are good looking, some guys will instantly assume your out of their league, you have to find a way to show that your not.
Nice guys are most often nerds/geeks/losers who dont drink or do drugs. (I can tell you that as a guy myself, most of the people who do drink and do drugs are assholes to their girls.)
To put yourself out there, just talk to the guys, flirt, and do things with them. Invite him to do stuff with you and your friends --to the movies and whatnot.
