Desperately Need Help With Work Problem

I got into really big trouble at work last Thursday, because I've had a lot of time off ill (ongoing health problem, not skiving), people on the team have apparently reported to our Manager they think I'm not pulling my weight or working at 100% and someone (No idea who) reported they saw me out mucking around when I was signed off ill. Just to clear it up, the last one is rubbish. I'm not that sort of person at all.
In the last week, I've covered one team member's late shift, cleared my colleague's work diary for the week by doing the work, handled my own work at the same time as all the incoming calls for the work I and a colleague deal with. I didn't take my lunch break today so I could get the work done and have subsequen...

hey iam 17 years old and iam in the 11th grade my ex boyfriend is also 17,but he's a senior his mom won't let us date becouse she thinks we might be kinned to each other,but that's not possible anyway so we broke up and we both still have feelings for each other and I wanted to know how can I convince jese's mom to let us get back together thankyou.

ok. I have this friend named Lauren, who has been my friend since she was 1 (and i was 2) she a grade below me. This other girl, Caitlyn, has been my friend for about two years now. Not very long, i know. They have this other friend, Amanda, who i just met this year, and we aren't really friends, but we get along and stuff when we meet.
One day Caitlyn, who walks home, asked me to "miss" my bus, and call my mom and ask her if i can walk to caitlny's house with caitlny, lauren, and amanda (amanda's house is nearby, so she just goes there, but lauren and I go to caitlyn's house)
Well, that was fun. Now this week (the first time was last week)i asked if i could walk home with them again...

I read in a website that a pregnancy test can be negative one day and positive two days later.If i have done a urine home test,do i still need to see a doctor to do a blood pregnancy test for me?

Last month i had my periods in an interval of 14 days.This month they have delayed with two days.I had sex with my husband but used condom every time.It did not tear or leak or break.I did a pregnancy test and it was negative.Can i still be pregnant?

Long-distance

heyy i have a long distance relationship with my bf and im 13 n hes 16....we talk on msn n thts about it....but i really like him n he really likes me..its just tht im not shure if i shud keep this relationship because it's long distance and they next time we see eachother will probably be in 3 years..so shud i keep this or move on?

is it possible to have heart attacks as a kid?

When i was in junior high (im a hs senior now) i would get random chest pains on my left side of my chest. I didnt think that it was possible (is it?) to have 'heart attacks' or anything similar when you were around 14 years old so i never really had it checked. I guess im just wondering if it's something like a heart attack or something different? Because i get it randomly, sometimes while im walking around or walking up the stairs or just suddenly sometimes.

Homecoming Dance

Homecoming is coming up, and I don't have a date, nor do I think I will get one. My friends Alex and Kim (both girls)say I should go with them since they don't have dates either. I really want to go, so what I was thinking is I would bribe my friend Ty (boy) into taking me, and we would still go with Alex and Kim. Before I knew them, Alex had a crush on Ty, and he found out and started teasing her and flirting really bad with her, so now she kind of hates him, but he is an assistant coach on her swim team so she tolerates him. The other problem is he is 19 and I am 16. My parents don't have a problem with me asking Ty, so I was wondering if I should ask Ty to take me knowing the history with him and Alex.

weight?

My dad says that I'm too skinny and need to put on about 10 pounds. I'm 5"1.5, and I'm 86 pounds.
I'm almost literally skin and bone. If I put on weight, where would the weight go? Is there any way to control where it goes, so it doesn't all go to my belly or my thighs?

my mom doesnt understand me

i have a great relationship with my family, but my mom lately has been driving me absolutely crazy! Every day her and my dad come home in a not so good mood and same with my sister so i have to be happy even when ive had a bad day too. my sister and i do chores and ive been doing everything lately. i bring it up with my mom but she just gets ticked off and says my sister is struggling with school and all this other stuff. shes 19 and im 15 but we seem closer in age. I like this girl soooooo much. All these other girls tell me that the girl that i like also likes me back. But one time when i confronted her about this she said the whole i just want to stay friends thing. I decided im not giving up. I like her so much but it killed me when she said i just want to stay friends. how do i get around to her and show her how great of a boy friend i could be? I really dont want to just stay friends, so is there anything to help me get out of the friends zone and get her to love me the way i love her without showing it too much?

Is there an easier way to shave the vaginal area .. ? I'm too young to go out and buy cream and all that stuff ... so all I have is the easy to use razors and soap and whatnot . I've tried before .. but it scratches and hurts and whatnot, then when I shave down it just trims .. it's getting annoying .
