hey i was wondering how to get those scroll boxes like some people have on myspace. ive looked but i cant seem to find the right place. i wanted scroll boxes to put pictures in you know, for my heroes. so yes if anyone could help, that would be great! thanks!

Im 19, and I dont know much about periods. I started having mine when I was about 16, late I guess. And they were regular then, I later at about 17 years of age had an eating disorder that lasted for about until I was 18 1/2. After that my period stopped for a while, like about 6 months it did after i started to lose weight, then all the sudden came once after those 6 months, then about 2 months later it did again, then it stopped for another 4 months then came again,as for this year 2006 i have only had it 3 times.. and the last time i had it was in september 2nd of this year, so i havent seen it since. I am wondering what is wrong with me? I got help for my eating disorder, and I eat better, I know that had something to do with stopping i...

acid reflux

I have really BAD acid reflux, sometimes to the point where it's unbearable, and it hurts my throat so bad i can't even breathe. My question is how can I treat this? I've already tried just every OTC medication out there, including the popular "Tums" and "Rolaids" -- tried it all. I CAN'T go to a DOCTOR because my parents don't understand.
And some things to help you out:
*I rarely ever eat spicy foods - anything that triggers stomach acids to go up the digestive tract.
*It occurs anytime, anywhere, no matter how I stand, sit or lay. It worsens when I exercise.
*Even not eating at all triggers it, drinking lots of water or beverages that do not contain acids sti...

Well, there is this guy who is in a grade above me and he flirts a lot with me and I really like him. The thing is that I don't have any classes with him and I only have lunches with him on A days. I see him sometimes after school and at other school activities---
Well, he got tickets to the homecoming and I don't know if he has a date to go with or if he's going by himself. I don't know if he has a gf or not either. I really want to know if he's taken or not because I personally don't have facts that I can use to say "He's not taken"

I'm 15, 5'1 and I weigh 85 pounds.
No, I never had an eating disorder.
I really want to gain 15 pounds.. Because I can't fit in a size 0 or 1 in jeans. I would like my hipbones not to stick out.. or my shoulder blades..
I want some fat on me. But I dont know what foods to eat. I know fatty foods, but list some meals. I'm going to do a milkshake a day. Or close to every day. (Is that healthty?)
I have a very high metabolism.. I heard, you should eat at night or before bed because you won't burn off the fat or something ?
If people think losing weight is hard.. gaining weight is even harder.
I've been struggling with it for 2 years.

my best friend and I are going to get an apartment together. we don't have very good-paying jobs though.
