ok me & my ex get started talkin again i found out she likes me && i kinda like her back but i promised myself that i wouldnt go back out with her ckuz she doesnt trust me or believe me with nothin i say so everytime we talk my feeling come back to her. what should i do

well talk to you'r x n ask her why she never trusted you or believed anythink you said then tell her you feel the that you still like her you just need to talk i no it's harder for some boys to open you and talk about but if you really like you'r x and wana make ago of it with her again then just talk she will think more of you for doing it good luck mate

No matter how much you like her, you know that you're not entirely compatible with her. Relationships are based on more than just liking someone. Sure, it could work out, but it's probably not worth trying. Once you break up with someone, there's not much of a chance that you'll have a successful relationship with them in the future. A break up puts a huge wall between you that won't ever completely be broken down. If you are willing to work extra hard and go through a lot of pain to make it work out, go ahead and try. Just know that there's a good chance that in the end it will fall apart again. Remember that there are tons of other people out there that you could be happy with. I'd say that you should go with your logic and not take her back. Everybody always says to follow your heart, but it's your head that's usually right. Good luck.

I have promised my self the same thing w/ my ex boyfriend and at times i do cach my self likking him again. But stay true to your promise and no matter how much you or her keep likking each other just think of what had happened the last time. Thats what i do and it has been working for about a year now. Dont be come me and go out w/ someone 5 times until you get the pictuer, it aint gonna work and then promise your self that. BE true to your self and stay strong.
