im 16/male
school just started and i expected for new girls to show up at school. there is this really cute and beautiful girl who sits in front of me. i wont say i like her, because i've only seen her for like a week now. She has a guy friend who sits next to her, and they always talk. so i barely get a chance to talk to her. She would turn back and ask me like questions about the homework or something pointless like that. the thing is, im not ugly, i can tell that she thinks im good looking, or cute, or i dunno.

How do you get over your first love?...It's so hard for me and I just wanna shut him out and never talk to him again. this is unrequited love. We werent in a relationship. He is a friend of mine and I think next month I will tell him that I can't be his friend anymore....I'm so scared....my hart hut more everyday and I can't stop thinking about him....ugh..help me please..

How do you know? I mean, I don't actually know if there is love or not really. I don't think I've ever felt that emotion. Is it like in the movies? Butterflies and all of that? Or is it something else? Can anybody describe it?

For some reason I developed a massive crush on a teacher I had. She was young, attractive and really nice. I can't stop thinking about her, . I keep thinking she hates me or think I'm stupid, even though there's no proof of that, and I keep thinking she'll completely forget me and I made a fool of myself in my class even though I really didn't. The thoughts of her not liking or having a bad impression of me pain me so much,. I also find myself staring at her yearbook picture constantly and I feel miserable and mopey all the time. How do I get rid of this crazy infatuation? .I would never act on the crush don't worry about that. Don't tell me I need to get over it I already know that I just don't know how?

I have a friend who I met when I was still with my ex, and we still talk, but he's literally been in and out of my life since we met last winter. I really like him, but it would be a long distance relationship since the college he goes to is almost two hours away. But he used to really like me, now I'm not sure. I understand that he's busy and he is going to be for a long time, and I'm almost fed up with it. I'm really sick and nobody else I know can really help me right now except for him. i always have a problem. it's with guys. i don't want a relationship, i just want to have fun!:) and i have a naturally flirty personality; i don't try to be like that, its just how i am. in that case, its so hard for me to be just friends with a guy because they always end up liking me, and i dont feel the same! its such an awkward situation though because i feel soooo bad saying i just want to be friends, because i hate hurting people! and when they tell me how hot and stuff i am, it just becomes even more awkward to the point where i don't want to hang out with them anymore..
some don't tell me they like me, but how they talk to me pretty much gives me the hint and i just dont know what to do anymore!

I'll either break up with the guy or I'll do something that I know will cause him to break up with me. It's just that, if i'm friends with a guy I can totally be myself around him but the second we start dating, it's really really awkward! I don't know why I keep doing this! Well to start off I am totally falling for 2 guys, guy number 1 well call D and guy number 2 we will call N. Anyway, My boyfriend lives far from me and he says he wont cheat on me but i cant be a 100% sure because he lives so far away. I cant be there to be sure but he says he wont cheat on me.
Also we wont to be together forever but his parents and my mom doesnt want us to be dating. My mom wont do nothing but his mom doesnt like me cause i am black and live in a different state. My boyfriend is white.

My best friend just recently got married to a girl he's been dating for the last year.
During that time, they never touched one another and refrained from sexual contact. She was a VERY pure seeming girl in all ways. When they first started dating she was very open about telling him something around the lines of her wanting to be pure on her wedding night. He, obviously, assumed this meant she was a virgin girl.
