I smoke pot, and cigeretes and today he asked why my jaket smelled like smoke, my friends arent on aim (litteraly no one) so i want to know if i should keep lieing of if i should hold my balls and tell him i smoke. PLEASE HELP!

Innocent remarks

How do you stop asking all the time "what did you mean by that" or "do you really think that" when an innocent remark was made to them? For example: (1) How would Rebecca not ask "do you really think that" when Rebecca brought up the weight, her mother did not, which made her mother say what she did; (2) How do I not say to my mom "what did you mean by that" when my mom made an innocent remark that she will not buy the salmon any more because it was expensive and I didnt finish it (it was a small piece); (3) And with the Jewelry how do I not say "do you really think that" when my mom never says anything about it unless I bring it up.

i know i know, these stupid christmas
questions. there must be a million
on here already. but i was thinking
about baking my boyfriend of eight months
some cookies or cupcakes or something
for christmas and then making him

so, i REALLY like this guy, (i even dream that we r dating sometimes--scary huh??) but i don't know if he knows i exist...literally. He's a sophmore, and i'm a freshman. ok, i have to go through a bit of my past for you to help me with this so here goes...
my parents have been divorced since i was about 2-3, my mom has full costody of me. i'm now 15/f and my name is Alyssa (ya it's me again, you were really helpfull wiht my other subject so ya) my mom has always been there for me, always kept me safe, although a little strict. i have a 15min phone limit, i have to be in bed by 10 (i'm not complaining about that one) i can't be out past 8, i can't be out past 5 with my boyfriend. my mom and i have a close relationship, but sometimes she gets mad at me and it makes me want to hit something ( i never do) for lack of other ways to release my emotions. my dad is an alcohalic, but he has been sober...

Lightening my hair

I dyed my hair a red brown color. It came out darker than I expected. I've tried lemon juice on my hair. It lightened it a little, but I didn't go out in the sun. Could you give me some suggestions of ways to lighten it without dying it again?

Ive seen alot of like basketball players who have this like.. thingie on their foot. its like a brace but like.. i have no idea what its called, but theres a little hole where their knee is and its like from lower thigh to upper calf. whats the name and what are they for? also do they cost alot of money.. and what sports do you wear them for? thanks!

Major cramps

I have major cramps during my period and sometimes i even cry cuz they hurt so much. What can i do to stop or make the cramps better? I cant take advil or tylenol or anything at school so i need something that will last all day and/or night. And i live with my dad so i need some advice on talking to him about stuff like this.

for a couple months ive been dying my hair lighter with one of those dying kits you can get at a pharmacy, and now i want to get the color out and go back to my natural color...i dont want to try and dye it back though becuase i have no idea what my natural color is anymore, and i dont want to spend a lot fo money...

I am always sad, it's been a recurring problem for months. I have no idea why, I'm not really stressed or anything. I am just depressed/sad. I cry at least once a day, sometimes very hard. What is wrong with me? Should I be seeing a doctor? I've told my parents, and they actually don't believe me, they tell me I'm fine, and are sarcastic.

okay well yesterday i was at JCPenney and i know this is really really really stupid but my friend stole a bra and she told me to take 2 of them so i did... we took off the tags and everything and we put them in out purses.
now i feel soo soo soo bad. i seriously don`t know what to do. please don`t say anything about talking to my mom or to someone about it or also don`t say take it back to the store or anything related to going in the store. i swear i never want to go into JCPenney's again. and it`s not my friends fault, it`s my fault for doing it. i am religious and a catholic and i was wondering if i went to church (not confession) if i prayed do you think God forgive me or not ..? will anything bad happen to me?! ugh ple...
